Excellent hotel will great facilities

Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: The cleanliness and outdoor pool and surrounding views.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: Golf, shopping in Invermere, Skiing in thr winter, horseback riding.
WE only wanted a 3 day stay but we enjoyed the hotel so much we would return anoher time without hesitation. The room faced west on a third floor balcony ovelooking the outdoor pool and patio. Very well situated to enjoy the afternoons and evenings with the sun in your face and looking at the golfcourse and mountains in the background.

Nice quiet location

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The housekeeping was excellent and housekeeping staff very friendly
Cons: The price
It's a quiet location but the walls are thin and you can hear every noise from the next room. Also, the bed is really hard and room is small (for the price we paid I expected a nicer room) room was very clean but they ran out of towels and left a note that they will bring some ASAP but they never did. I had to call at 10 at night to get towels. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. Not sure if I would stay here again for that price

feedback for you

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: the room
Cons: find yourself some more experienced staff.
our experience started with a mixup at check in,leaving us sitting in the lobby for over an hr waiting for staff to get problem corrected. Room was awesome, our experience at breakfast was terrible, staff was very poor, very disappointed . would likely not return !!

Regular room was tiny, suites huge!

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: pool, hottub area, exercise room, fabulous amenities and terrific views of the mountains
Cons: two night stands in regular rooms please......'honey, can you put my water on your nightstand...honey, can i have my water from your nightstand?' argh
Location: great location, great views, swam in the lake only 15 minutes away
We booked a last minute one night stay and were given a 'regular' room. The room was so small that we had to re-arrange furniture to get the balcony door open wide enough that we didn't have to step over the corner of the bed to reach it. There was only one night stand with a queen bed, so one person had to use the floor for their book, drink, watch, etc....they had a goofy floor lamp in place of the night table, but another night table would have fit in the space. The pool and hottub areas were terrific! Pool bar prices were very reasonable and the buffet breakfast was a great value! we did peek into the suites when they were being cleaned and they look AMAZING!!!

Superbly appointed facility with large suites.

Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: The quality and the amenities in our suite (1 bedroom). Very high standard, superbly appointed.
Cons: Quality and consistency of the housekeeping was lacking. Had to make many calls in order to have towels replaced. Bed sheets replaced once.
Location: Location was the most dispapointing part....Invermere is "OK".....nothing super exciting.
Not the greatest location unless you are an avid golfer. The suites have all the luxury amenities of expensive condos. If only the resort could be located somewhere else!

Breakfast was included, but disappointing.

Posted Aug 9, 2014
Breakfast buffet was included, but consisted of basics, sausage/bacon, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and absolutely nothing else. Kind of expected the usually more generous offerings...like some toast and juice maybe? On the positive side, staff are nice and the restaurant patio is quite pretty.
