“Panorama Village is a Delight!”

What a surprise delight our stay at Panormama Village was! Panormama Village is a destination resort with a beautiful golf course, snow skiing in the winter, and excellent restaurants. Our room had a (gas) fireplace, with heated slate floors in the bathroom, and a full kitchen. This hotel was our first night of a seven night visit in Cananda, and was about a four hour drive SW of Banff.

“Can't stand the heat”

NO AIRCONDITIONING, so if you are heat sensitive don't stay here. I Understand it's a ski resort, but if they are open in the summer, this little addition would be nice. The view is incredible, the pool is great. LOng & windy road to drive up to however, would be scaryi n the winter time.

“Great outdoor place to visit. Will go back for sure!”

Although this place has some older rooms, everyting in the room worked fine, and having the kitchen was great. The setting is really amazing. The pools are awesome, and so are the restaurants. We did some biking on the hill, and found it to have all ability levels, but I recommend a good bike. Will definately go back next year.

“Nice condo in a great location”

The condo was very nicely finished and had several pools and hot tubs. It was very relaxing stay up in the mountains.

Location was great (1000 Peaks Lodge). Elevator was very slow, but we were on the main floor so no problem. I had some difficulty talking to the hotel before hand to reserve 2 rooms side by side. The bed configuration was not what I'd asked for, but they were adjustable so we moved them ourselves. Beds were ok for comfort. All service was great and very friendly and willing to help. I would definitely go back.

“older but full of amenities”

Everything was great except the "free use of the driving range" was only between 5-7pm.

“Beautiful mountain village”

-moutain biking, hiking, ATVing all in a beautiful mountain seting. This is all available directly outside your door. The hotel is comfortable and people are friendly. A thoughly enjoyable experience

“On the Hill accommodations”

It's great to be so close to the Mountain that you can just slap your skis on and be at the chairlift in 30 seconds. Ski locker comes with the room which was great. Room cleanliness was so so, no daily maid service. Some other negatives, no tv in bedroom, no fans for air circulation, bed was a bit hard. Great for the younger crowd.

“Overrated for the condition and price”

Located on the hill with underground parking which is convenient. "Gold" accommodations is a bit of a stretch. Overall accommodation was overpriced for the age and condition of the place.

“Lodging in Panorama”

I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The kitchen sink was pretty dirty esp around the faucet and the washroom has a funny smell when we got in. Overall, it was okay. There were a lot of activities to do for the family. There were also free gondola tickets and free driving range if you stayed for 2 nights.
