"Pleasant Stay!"
I stayed for a night with my wife, The staff were very nice, they told us that the motel was opened 2 month ago Under new management, and everything was remodeled, No wonders everything was nice and clean. We also learned that they have a greet weekly rate, much chipper than the daily We will defiantly stay there again, maby next time we will plan it for a week!

This is a lovely remodeled, older hotel. The location in Lakeland is perfect. The porch is great for reading and greeting friends. The restaurant was quite expensive. We would definitely visit again

"Pretty nice"
Great for the money, was clean, needed a little TLC , but not bad. I would stay there again. Gave us connecting rooms, which was a plus. Had a fridge in the room, another plus. Front desk girl was real nice. Had a nightclub there that was hopping. Pool looked great, we didn't use it because of the rain.

"Great hotel"
Last minute booking provided a decent price in a very nice hotel. Wish we could've stayed more than one night. There was Karaoke in the hotel bar but we were too tired to join the fun. Maybe next time!

"Friendly, cozy stay!"
Hotel wound up much nicer than expected, directly across from a picnic park and boat ramp on a lake. That said some issues were present. No issue was a deal breaker, hotel staff were top notch 5 star service. The locking mech on door malfunctioned manager immediately fixed No wait time. I had a smoking room which yielded some burn marks in blanket and chair as one would expect with this type of room. Staff and manager went out of their way to help and serve on multiple occasions from lost key cards to their side business of a uhaul rental which I needed so was convenient. Cereal toast and donut breakfast were nothing to write home about but something for the early morning munchies. Definitely have no problem staying again and highly recommend as a quality stay for half the price of other competitors In the area.

Pocket Guide: Lakeland Lakeland Independent Hotels

A boom town during railroad construction in the late 1800s through to the 1920s, Lakeland in central Florida is still home to many significant buildings from that time period, many of which are on the National Register of Historical Places. During the 1930s, Frank Lloyd Wright designed Florida Southern College's campus. It is the largest one-site collection of Wright works in the world.
