“Good place to stay while visiting a sick relative.”

The room was clean and cumfy. I was visiting my sick uncle in the rehab center up the street and every one was very understanding.

“Best for the Price”

I was there for a funeral and the staff was very accomodating. The hot breakfast was good, a little problem with the waffle maker, it made the smoke alarms go off. The beds were comfortable and they have a computer to use without any fees.

This was one clean hotel with spacious and very comfortable room, the staff at this place is awesome. Made me feel like a valuable guest.

“The reception staff make this motel!”

We booked two rooms, under two different names, the reception staff handled the process beautifully, greeted me by name each time I approached, offered extra coffee for the in room coffee maker, acted as if I was an important traveller instead of a transient motorist passing through. Enjoyed my stay and would reccommend the motel to others.

The staff members were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean, quiet and in a convenient location.

“Great place to stay”

We stayed in Comfort Inn Plant City for 4 days while seeing Sea World and Busch Gardens. There are many shopping and eating establishments in the area and the hotel was great in every way.

“Good value for the price.”

I had never stayed at this hotel before, but the location was very convenient, and the price was right. Everything was great with two exceptions: Our housekeeper was obviously not enthused about her job, and that was reflected in how the room looked. Not bad, but not up to expectations. The pool had tree debris in it, and was not suitable for swimming. It was good for overnight accommodation.

“Met my expectations”

My stay was within what I expected of the hotel. Room was well maintained, services was fine. Desk staff friendly enough. Free breakfast was good. Only complaint is a service door across from my room was used during the night interrupting sleep, not very user friendly in that regard.

“Overall good, but one bad comment”

Was verty satisfied as have stayed there before. Did have a bad experience in checking out. The night before so doing, advised the desk clerk I wanted a 6 am wake-up call as I had to drive to Tampa (20+ miles away) for an 8:30 am flight. The next morning looked at the nightstand clock and it read 6:50 am. Conversed with the desk clerk on way out and was advised that we were "beeped" (?) and no one answered. Apparently did not follow thru on the wake-up call! I would have expected an automated phone call as most lodging places utilize. They should have followed up with another call or else a knock on the door. Fortunately, I was able to make my flight by drving 80 mph down the interstate.

“nice comfort inn”

The only thing I didn't like about this was that they ran my credit card for a charge for having a phone and a safe in my room. I had not requested either of them; however, and when I complained they immediately credited my account. I think it is ridiculous to charge for simply having a telephone in the room!! The Comfort Inn was exceptionally nice except for this small detail though, and I would stay there again.
