STATED IT WAS RV BUS FRIENDLY NOT VERY FRIENDLY VERY LIMITED ON SPACE. ROACHES IN THE ROOM, NO POOL TOWLES, BREAKFAST ONLY HAD CEREAL AND COFFEE OR WAFFLES. BATHROOM FLOOR VERY SLIPPERY WHEN WET. THIS IS DIFFENTLY THE WORSE QUALITY WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT VERY DISAPPOINTING

There was a very disturbing odor in the room that met us the minute we opened the door. It was overpowering and we could not figure out what it was. It had a 'chemical' type smell to it. We would not have stayed in the room but we were in town for an unexpected family medical emergency and quite a few hotels in the vicinity of the hospital were sold out completely. This hotel advertised as only one room remaining. We checked in close to 10 pm and were exhausted so we used a body spray that we had packed to try and mask the odor. It was a terrible night's sleep. We would not stay in this hotel every again and the price per night was outrageous for what we got. The 'remodel' that this hotel apparently went through took a lot of corners and the floors had not been mopped in some time. The elevator jolted severely when it goes up and down. I don't know if the hotel was trying to mask the scent of pet odor or not in the room but I do not recommend staying here, especially if you do not have a pet and do not need the accommodation.

Terrible possible toxic odor from applying some type of lacquer to the doors. Shower only had tepid water with no pressure or volume. The elevator made clanging noises and “dropped” with a bump to stop. Felt very unsafe.

Property does not reflect pictures on website No hot water, had to change rooms Mold and dry rot have been painted over A/C did not work properly Our keys did not work 2 of 3 nights we stayed-when we called the front desk no one answered. The staff working then came through the front door from the gas station about 10 minutes later (therefore, no one was on property to assist anyone) No apology, but they made sure we knew how to work the hotel keys and assured us they were not gone for 10 min. Rude. Hotel reeked of weed Noisy at 3am It was the holidays and we needed a room at a good rate, next time we will foot the bill for something else

I would highly advise going somewhere else.
I would advise to say somewhere else. The outside of the hotel had trash everywhere and there were paint buckets and brushes laid out with no workers present. First room AC was broken and the walls still had tape on them from painting. The shower had a cockroach in it and the sheets were stained. Requested a different room with working AC and when we entered, there was a fan blowing because there was fresh paint. You should not be giving customers rooms that are still being renovated. Sleeping in the rooms with the strong smell of paint was awful. Will not be staying here again.

I paid Expedia for my stay at Quality Inn Plant City - Lakeland and when checking in on 11-0-2023 they didn’t have record or my reservation and they were booked with no room. I tried connecting with Expedia and had no luck. Thankfully the Holiday Inn Express Hotel a block away was able to accommodate me!
