Lady at front desk was not nice

Posted Oct 18, 2014
There wasn't a blanket in the room. The room wasn't stocked with shampoo or conditioner. The lady at the front desk was very rude.

Perfect place to relax for the night

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Good breakfast, soft bed, friendly staff.
Cons: I was not sure how to check out, and I had to wait at the front desk for several minutes for assistance.
Location: Several good places to eat like Cracker Barrel and Five Guys, as well as Wendys. About 25 minutes away from Disney parks and Orlando outlet shopping.
This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially given the cheap price, which was my initial reason for staying here as I only needed a place to sleep for the night. Kim at the front desk was super friendly. The bed was soft and comfortable, which I truly did not expect. The breakfast, which included cheese omelets, was the perfect way to start the day. I will definitely stay here again when I need to visit Lakeland.

Too far from Legoland

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Blankets were really worn down and dirty looking. Towels were really hard. Breakfast was really cheap and disgusting.
Location: Nothing. Very upset that it was so far away from our destination.
According to the website, this hotel was within 15 minutes to legoland. Not true at all. The hotel is about 45 minutes away in a good day. The beds are small and the light switches are really hard to operate. There are no info in how to operate the remote for the TV. No shampoo nor lotion. The breakfast is really cheap and disgusting. Moreover they charge a $3 per perso resort fee to your card when you arive without telling you and will not issue a receive either. Will not stay here again.

Not the best but...

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Room was ready, waiting and mostly clean. The bathroom had mold in and around the shower which was gross. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working which was making the mold worse and it also made the bathroom hard to use since the it's door opens right to the room. Breakfast was okay.

We were in town due to a death in the family, so we didn't visit surrounding attractions. We found the room to e neat, clean and adequate for our needs. I did recommend it to another family member who stayed there a few days later.

Nice hotel for a Days Inn.

Posted Jul 27, 2014
Kim at the front desk was great!! The house keeping staff is out of control. While leaveing me, my wife and kids walked into a VERY heated argument between them. The hotel was nice for what it was. Clean room, decent breakfast, 40 min from legoland.

Lego Land!

Posted Jul 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
On hotels.com we could only get two double beds, which are only good to double kids not adults. The guy at the front desk upgraded me to queens, huge help! Pool was nice, but breakfast was not so good. Enough to get you by but no waffles, eggs or sausage. Over all we had a good stay and the kids loved Legoland.
