Worst sleep everPosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: That we only had to stay 1 night. Thank God I did not book a 2nd night. We left and went to Orlando to another hotel.
Cons: The front desk person did not know what she was doing when dealing with Expedia. I feel that we were given the worst room there by noisy elevator.
Location: Lots of restaurants etc
Upon arriving we requested a room upgrade to which she said she had to contact Expedia....we waited 20 minutes and she then said s he had to call again. We had no time as we were expected at party. SO we said forget it. We got to the room. The clerk never explained how to work lights and power zones or where the blanket was. The iron was broken so water went all over our clothes and we had to call for another iron and iron our clothes dry. Hair in the tub. We left and came back at midnight...went to bed and the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Got cramps in my shoulder and neck. One of our keys did not work. The breakfast the next morning was not hot. It was cold....the toast that I prepared in the toaster was warm.

"INN SUITES" IN LAKELAND, FLAPosted May 22, 2015
First of all I told my wife Minda, let's stay here because I know I can trust their accommodations. The room was WAY BEYOND our expectations. The way you turn on the electricity is at the door way. So modernized. The exact words will not come to me.

A good value hotel for the money.Posted Apr 1, 2015 on Hotels
A good value hotel for the money. After we found the bed too hard in our initial room, they let us move to a different room with a bed more to our liking. They went the extra mile to assure our stay was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Would have liked a little more of a variety for breakfast. Perhaps some bacon or sausage.

Good location, friendly staffPosted Mar 25, 2015
Comfortable beds, clean room, but there is no fitness room(converted to a lounge), disappointing for my teenagers who like to workout during vacation. Breakfast lacking and had to pay a resort fee.

Happy stays in LakelandPosted Mar 24, 2015 on Hotels
Have stayed here three times in the last few months. The staff is excellent and remembers you when you arrive. Breakfasts leave a little more to be desired. Rooms are clean.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was polite and helpful and very friendly. Very relaxing and had fun . Liked the beer and wine lounge area that is different for a hotel and convenient.
