“Disappointed”
My experience at this hotel left much to be desired. The hoyel has a 3 star rating...I'm not sure who determines ratings, but this is no three star establishment. I was originally placed in a double room, though I had requested a single. This would not have been a big deal had it not been for the missing remote control, the broken AC controls, and the locked minibar that had been advertised as a mini-fridge. There were missing lightbulbs and one of the lights was not working. I went back to the front desk to request another room, at which point I had to explain why another room was needed. It's obvious they do not inspect rooms after a guest leaves. The new room was acceptable, but the TVs are setup on a way that they do not let you connect a DVD player. I tried to order a movie and was unable to. The front desk told me they purposely lock movies and "unlocked" my system. It still did not work. I called back and was told the entire system needed to be rest and the employees present did not know how to do this. Both days I stayed, room service ignored the DO NO DISTURB signs. On my last day, room service continued to knock until I answered in spite of my request for a late check out. I answered and told her i would not leave until one and she rudely told me "They aint supposed to give no late check outs." Also, please note that their restaurant is only open from 7 AM to 2 PM. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OR ANY OTHER DAYS INN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.
