“The Fairfield Inn & Suite”

The Fairfield Inn & Suite in Plant City was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend, the staff was very nice and if I have the chance to visit Plant City again this is the hotel I plan on staying at. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the check-out ( no receipt or bill showing I had paid in advance), but overall I was extremely satisfied.

clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff. our only complaint was that the one elevator was quite a hike from our room.

Great place to stay. Have family nearby and will make this our place to stay. Beds were dreamy and inviting. Clean clean clean.

“A good value for the money.”

The rooms were small for a family of 4 with luggage, but there were very clean and updated. The heated pool was amazing.

“Pretty nice place”

The only problem we had the whole time was that apparently someone before us had dropped a raisin in the couch, which ended up inside the hide-a-bed. So, when my son opened the bed to go to sleep, there was what looked like something very nasty on the mattress cover. Staff offered room switch and was very apologetic. They sent someone up immediately to replace the cover. Other than that minor thing, they stay was great

“Close to LAL airport”

Nice and close to the Lakeland airport. A Wendys is withing walking distance and many other places are a short drive. We had an evening power outage during my stay which was a concern as I couldn't get my belongings organized for an early morning flight. The pool area is nice. (the hot tub not so much).

“Tiger fan”

Furniture looks good but sooooo uncomfortable. Maybe they don't want guests to settle in. Would be nice to have a really comfortable chair in the room as I can't just lay on a bed all night.

“Mediocre”

In a small town, one has to accept what one gets. 1. The breakfast was very good. The high speed internet worked well. 2. For a business traveler, a good work table and a comfortable chair are a basic requirement in the hotel room. The chair was of a very poor quality and somewhat unclean-it had spots on its cloth seat. 3.The toilet flush needed to be adjusted since the water in the bowl rose to the rim before it was drained. Two requests to the front desk on two successive days did not resolve this problem.

“Wouldn't Return.”

Elevator made weird noises at each floor, as if it struggled to stop. Rooms were half cleaned. A/C unit very loud, I had to turn it off at night just to get sleep. TV remote was broken. The hotel hardly looks new, even though the hotel continues to advertise that it is new.
