“Very Pleasant but Not Everything Works”
Overall the hotel was very clean, free of Noise, friendly staff, very comfortable beds and bathroom. My chief complaint was dealing with the mechanical defects. The Microwave didn't work properly, the refrigerator wouldn't cool even on the highest setting, the TV channels were 4 numbers off regarding programming...i.e. had to turn to channel 63 to get 59., and the inability to receive the hotels HBO movie channel. The tech support came up to fix TV programming but they were unable to reprogram the TV and said...."well, we don't know what the problem is so we are sorry". That would be OK if it was just a one night stay. However, I was there for 4 days. No one returned any other day to seek out a repair of the TV. Nothing major but for the money spent I expected better service. Cheaper hotels try harder to please their customers than did this Hampton Inn.
