was beautiful and everyone was nice across from a huge mall. there is not much around so that is nice.

We spent one night in the Lake Wales Hampton Inn with the girls. TV options were ok, but otherwise the hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean. The front desk was super accommodating to the kids, and the coffee in the AM was divine....

“extremely satisfied”

we needed a hotel in lake wales for two trips there to tend to family business. we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the hotel and the location was very convenient...located across from major mall and main streets. breakfast provided in the mornings....wonderful selection. Coffee available 24 hrs a day in the lobby....excellent! we would certainly recommend this hotel and stay here again if we need to stay in Lake Wales.

“Wonderfully clean”

Wonderfully clean room. The staff was so pleasant. They recommended places to eat and every place was just as they described. Our room was promptly cleaned and always stocked with convenience items. We look forward to staying there again.

“Very Pleasant but Not Everything Works”

Overall the hotel was very clean, free of Noise, friendly staff, very comfortable beds and bathroom. My chief complaint was dealing with the mechanical defects. The Microwave didn't work properly, the refrigerator wouldn't cool even on the highest setting, the TV channels were 4 numbers off regarding programming...i.e. had to turn to channel 63 to get 59., and the inability to receive the hotels HBO movie channel. The tech support came up to fix TV programming but they were unable to reprogram the TV and said...."well, we don't know what the problem is so we are sorry". That would be OK if it was just a one night stay. However, I was there for 4 days. No one returned any other day to seek out a repair of the TV. Nothing major but for the money spent I expected better service. Cheaper hotels try harder to please their customers than did this Hampton Inn.
