“Great Deal, clean Hotel”

We found the Hotel to be clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and personal. It was easy to get to off of Polk Parkway. Very reasonable rates. Will go back with no hesistation.

My stay was a pleasure. The room was very clean. I was impressed with the room cleaning staff, they were literally in and out of my room in 5 minutes and not a detail was overlooked. If I am in the area again I will make sure that I book that hotel for my stay.

The service we received was great. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. We arrived early AM as I often do to hotels, the staff appeared wide awake and were ready to meet all of our needs. They asked questions about our trip and seemed interested in hazving a conversation. The room was clean and the property seem well maintained.

The Imperial Swan Hotel and Suites was extremely nice for the price- granted, it's not a 5 star hotel, but for the price, much much better than I would have thought. The lobby was nice and the room was clean. Before I stayed, I read reviews in which other people said it had an awful smell. While I was there I noticed a smell, but it wasn't awful- more like a little old lady had just walked by type of smell. I assume it was something they clean the carpet with. Also, there is a Panera right across the street and a Starbucks down the street a little, which is always a plus. If I ever find myself in Lakeland/Bartow again, I'll stay at the Imperial Swan again.

This hotel is in a safe,clean area of Lakeland.You are close to restuarants and stores.The staff was very friendly and helpful.I will stay there again.

Other than the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night one night- which could have been any guest of the hotel burning popcorn in there in room microwave everything was fine. (There are also small refridges in the rooms too and a coffee maker and hair dryer which was nice considering the price of the rooms is so small). Decore is dated, but the hotel & my room were clean.

It was great. It was an old hotel, but very clean and reasonable. My husband smelled air freshener or incense, but aside from that, we would definitely go back again. We have no need for a fancy hotel room, since we're not there much, but we definitely like a clean, quiet place to stay.

We travel to Lakeland twice a year and really like this hotel. First-it's comfortable and clean. Staff frendly. Big parking. Big room. Discount for nearest restaurant. We have no problem to stay here again.

the imperial swan met all of my needs. i didn't expect it to be a resort. i needed a place to spend the night and close to my conference and it served the purpose. i would stay there again, and also recommend it to others.
