Great Hotel!Posted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
My room included a living-room area with a sofa, a microwave, a refrigerator, a huge and extremely comfortable bed, and an excellent free breakfast. Lovely hotel, great value.

If you like problems stay herePosted Jun 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Like the title said, if you like problems stay here. I waited over an hour to check in because they only had 1 person working. Knowing you had a state tournament in town and your hotel is full have a second person helping with check in. when we get to the room it was very out-dated and old. the cable tv was not working you had to shake the cord for the picture to clear up and it would go back out after 5 min to a static screen. The bathroom tub had holes and cracks in it. i will never stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not good keep looking.Posted Jun 1, 2013
Location: Right off Parkway
Old hotel had that stale smell too it when you walked in. Staff was very accomodating we upgraded our room to a suite the first night of a two night stay. The hotel was just not well staffed only seemed to be just the front desk person there doing everying, had to wait twenty mins to check in, he told us he was taking someone towels. It had an old lounge that was closed down. Bathrooms had old peeling caulk. Free buffet was very bad, only coffee, bagels, muffins, cold cereal from a dispenser, apples (with a sign saying they haven't been washed) and a few oranges. The bagels and muffins were not freshly maintained and just sat in a plastic display case all the time. Pool area not very inviting pool had a green tint to it. If you looking for a nice place to stay with your family where your going to spend time at the hotel I would stay away. If your by yourself and just looking for a place to crash its ok.

A nice surprisePosted May 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great for what we were there for. Breakfast slightly disappointing but nearby locations had great breakfast available.

The pictures on the website appear to be a few YEARS old. The water pressure in the rooms is very very poor! Made it difficult in the shower to get the soap off and especially embarrassing was the multiple FLUSHES required.....(if you get my meaning). Next time I come to Lakeland will be finding a different Hotel.

Best price in the area.Posted May 22, 2013
Pros: Price, location
Cons: unreliable internet
Location: Near restaurants, easy access to downtown.
I depend on "free" Wifi, and this is my second stay at this hotel when they had trouble with their connection. 2 of the 3 days I could not access my e-mail.

Okay, great for dog loversPosted Apr 15, 2013
A little overpriced for what you would expect. Ceiling fans dirty in lobby. Grout in bathroom a little moldy. Handle on bathroom door not working properly. Some of pictures in rooms missing. I went to sun n fun and thus the overpricing. I paid $166.00 for two queen room for one night. Service is excellent. Breakfast was okay, muffins were a little old and greasy. Bed was comfortable. No weird smells. Pool was okay but could have used cleaning. My room had microwave and fridge. One big bonus is that you can bring your dog and there are no weight or breed restrictions, a huge plus for pet lovers. Overall nice if you are not too picky about things I mentioned above. I would stay again. Renata
