“Southern Hospitality lives here”

I thought the room was immaculate. My wife thought the carpet and drapes were a little dirty, but not unacceptable in any way. The staff was great. The hotel is attractive from the outside and well appointed inside. We did not spend a great deal of time in the room because of the activities in the area, but we got a good nights sleep and were very comfortable. Security was excellent. The Hotel is nicely located near a Cracker Barrel and Applebee's. Adequate hot breakfast, but not many protein options available.

“Helpful staff”

This place has pretty much everything I needed for my stay during Spring Training. It's convenient to the stadium and has three restaraunt options in walking distance, including a Starbucks. Thank goodness for that because the coffee at the hotel is nothing more than brown water.

“Good Hotel”

If you are looking for a nice clean hotel with a friendly staff you will like this one.It is also located in a good area with lots of places to eat near by. We walked to the Cracker Barrel.The continental breakfast was also nice.

“Good Stay”

Our stay there was good. Not any problems. We stopped by on our way to the strawberry festivial and it was early and we were able to check in but the room was not ready. I told the girl at the front desk where we were going. The next day when we checked out she asked if we had had a good time at the festivial. I was surprised she remember. This is the second time we had stayed there.

Great location, awesome staff, quiet. The room doors don't slam shut from rude guests not letting them slam. It's nice not to woken up before you want to be from that sound!

“Great Hotel”

This hotel room was everything we were looking for at a nice price. It was comfortable and clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and free internet. We did not get up early enough to check out the free breakfast. If we are in Lakeland again, we will be staying at this Jameson Inn.

“Pleasantly surprised”

We were prepared for a "cheap hotel experience" given that this was the closest we could find to the Super Bowl in Tampa. After all the last time we watched the Steelers at the Super Bowl in Detroit we paid $199 a night for a "Red-Colored Roof" Inn. This was not as expensive. Yet everything was clean, comfortable, new, easily accessible from the freeway. The only area that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet.

“Will stay there again”

I have family in Florida, and they live within a few miles of the Jameson Inn, that's a plus. The price is good, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff members are friendly and helpful. The Inn is located next to the freeway which makes for easy access to the airport. All in all it's a very good deal. I will continue to use the Inn when I visit my family.
