“Clean, homey and comfy”

This is an older hotel, but very well maintained and clean. The grounds are the best part, though. Our room had a view of the lake, which was beautiful at sunset. There's a nice dock for fishing, and a sand beach at the lakefront. I will definitely stay there again.

“Great place for family time”

My family stayed in one of the apartments in the Lake Roy Beach Inn last week. In addition to the kitchen / dining room / living area, and bedroom area, we also had a lovely screen room with a view of the lake and the pool. My son had a great time playing on the little beach and the hotel is also near the new LegoLand amusement park. We'll definitely go back.

“Pleasant interlude”

The pool and grounds were well kept and the managers very pleasnt. Continental breakfast was rather sparse but it was the middle of the week. The outside decor is eclectic and fun, a nice change from the chains. All in all, a totally evjoyable experience.

Very nice people, good service! Beautiful view on the lake. Perfect location when you don't want to stay in the big cities. We both were really satisfied with our stay

“Close to Legoland”

It was fine. Very close to our destination, Legoland. The hotel is older and the rooms are what you would expect from a low budget location. The only fault I really found was that the rooms were not well insulated for sound, and we heard every foot step and sound our neighbors made-it was tough to sleep. Bigger, chain hotels, are usually much better in terms of quiet.

“Needs Updating for Unit Price”

Could use a little updating. A/C units are too noisy. Rooms clean up could be better.

“Disappointing”

The view of the lake was great. That was the only good thing about this hotel. It was very run down and in desperate need of some renovations! Pictures are very misleading.
