nice rooms at reasonable prices. great continental breakfast. nice pool. convenient to I4.

“Exceptionally Pleased”

Staff was extremely friendly. There were not many people around during our stay so it was really quiet and conveniently located to the spring college baseball games we were attending. Great location for Detroit Tiger fans if you are there for Spring Training as the field is within 5 minutes. Clean, comfortable and a staff that was very helpful. It all contributed to a nice week.

“Location and service”

The purpose of our visit to Lakeland was to participate in Florida Outpouring there, and enjoy Amusement parks such as Sea World and Kennedy Space center. In that sense, the location of this hotel was perfect. Also service was good, and the staff in the desk was very helpful.

Hotel was good for an older facility. Pool was nice and clean although closed too early. Bed was suprisingly very comfortable. Good experience.

Convient to main highway, reasonable rate, clean but nothing outstanding. Was only an overnight stay.

The staff (well, some) was friendly. Room was comfy and quiet. Stayed 2 nights.

This hotel has great rates, adequate amenities, dissapointing continental breakfast, but overall good location and value.

“Needs work.”

Found a dirty sock near the dresser and a couple of peanuts on the rug so called office to have it cleaned up. No fixture over bare bulb in bathroom (on two separate visits). I needed to put my hand in the toilet tank to stop it from running a number of times. Housekeeping never refilled in-room coffee packets or changed sheets during three-day stay. When I questioned front desk clerk, she said sheets are not changed every day during an extended stay. Pool was not heated. Breakfast was undesirable. Overall condition of hotel was in need of attention.
