“Things were OK”

The Motel was fine. Poor communication between Expedia and the Ranch House

“We wouldn't go back.”

Terrible, we was giving a room in the 2 floor, the bathub was thirty,the toilet sea was sealed with type it said "sealed for your health safety" I don't know why.I don't understand why they give a room to someone under this condition.

“March 27 thru March 31, 2012”

Towels were small and very very thin (see through in fact). Towels and bath linens missing after daily cleaning 2 out of 6 (3 Days) times. Staff was very discourteous to family when going to the office to get bath linens that were missing, even to the extent of acusing us of stealing. Beds were old, hard and lumpy. Maintenance is terrible, Bathroom fixtures leak and faucets were a shambles. On the positive side, management was accomodating when our party makeup changed after reservation, but before arrival.

“Caveat Emptor”

I booked it because it was the cheapest hotel I could find online near Legoland. It is less than 2 miles from the entrance and they do offer 20% off your meal at IHop next door. Unfortunately those are my only positive comments about the stay. The room was dirty, it smelled of smoke despite having a non-smoking room, the free Wi-fi was sketchy, and the whole place is quite run down. I would spend the extra $30-40 and stay somewhere else nearby instead if I could do it over again.

Older place, nice checkin host that did the best she could do. I was not happy with the facilities
