“Nice Hotel”

This is the 3rd year I have stayed at this hotel for a dance event. 2 other families joined me there this year & were happy there as well. We'll be back next year. Nice kichtenette & clean rooms.

“One Hotel Chain Does it Right!!!”

We had a great stay here. You could live here for a while. Rooms not too big, but great if you don't plan to spend a lot of time here. I would go back! Great value!

“Lakeland”

Seemed alot smaller than we stayed at in Richmond. Nice enough for the price.

“Go to sleep”

I had stayed here before because of it's convenient location. The staff was extra nice and the room was clean. My only complaint was the next door neighbor slept with his TV loud. I had to leave the AC fan on high all night to drown out the noise. Other than that, the hotel itself was great.

“It was okay...”

I stayed here while visiting family because the price was good. The one good thing is that they let me check in early because my flight got in sooner than expected. The bad thing was that the hotel didn't have a blow dryer or iron or iron board (all a must for me). They also did not clean our room during the stay because it is an extended stay hotel. It was my first time in a hotel like that so it was new to me to not have fresh towels and my room cleaned daily. Having said that the staff was super nice and to get new towels I just had to bring in the used ones for new ones. Overall it was a good stay. It was off the main street so you didn't hear traffic but close enough to freeway access and food places. Oh and they have a laundry place on-site so I was able to do my laundry before I flew home :)

“lakeland motel”

sheets and towels clean and not thread bear. Floors sticky, room dinky, a/c noisy. But cheapest place close to sun n fun.Ok for two nights. Would not consider for "extended stay" which is what they claim to be.

As per indication on their pamphlet, room cleaning was to be made once if stay is for 7 days or more. We stayed 8 days, and they offered after intensive request, to clean on the 7th day. Landry room really dirty, had not been cleaned for the longest time. Comments to management about it, but nothing was done.

“Use as last ditch stay only”

Ladies, don't stay here by yourself. The deadbolt was welded open. Also, I don't think the window latch worked. Not secure. It looked like someone had taken the wand off the blinds to put it in the track to secure the window - but it was too long for the track. Was not very quiet and did not feel comfortable. Light came into the room from outside, so that made it difficult to sleep. Also, you could hear road noise. Only use as a last ditch place to stay. The front desk clerks were helpful and pleasant and overworked. The previous reviews were mixed, so I thought I'd give it a shot. The room was non-smoking, and did not smell of smoke, and in fact had a clean smell. That was the biggest plus of the room. But the walls, doors, etc. were beaten up.

“crack house”

The room has no modern appliances and was somewhat old and depressing......i had friends come to visit and they commented on how poor the conditions were aswell.The staff were very nice and helpful but as for the condition of the room i was very disappointed!
