Nice couples getaway

The overall property is nice. We found it to be a little dated. Drink prices bit up there especially for draft beer. Be sure to bring drinks for your room and pool/hot tub. There are plenty activities. Phil (the CXO) was the best and had us in stitches. The staff were all amazing.The food at snack bar was pricey as well and food in dining room was sub par but affordable. We'll be back in the summer to check out the summer vibe.

Clean but needs an upgrade

Friendly staff the room and accommodations where clean but need to do an upgrade to the floor, bed and bathroom. It looks like kind of old. Good room service and really nice place to be with ur love one.

Outdated needs to be upgraded. Also for all inclusive not worth it. But overall nice staff and entertaintment was great.

staff is tops. excellent service. we booked harbor room was disappointed with big horse flies in room but we complained and was upgraded to a new room. so all was right after that. all inclusive pays for all except lunch and alcoholic drinks. will go again

In my stay here I felt that many of the accommodations that were listed on the website were not available upon arrival, for example the spy had no open appointments and the picture center could not complete our picture on site. I found that the balcony was not up to me and my boyfriends standards and was full with rust and was unkempt. Stuff was polite and did do a satisfactory job greeting us. Overall, I would not recommend is place to friends.

Great location to relax.

First room was supposedly non-smoking. Either was not, or the last guest did not care. The staff gave me a new room relatively hassle free. After the initial inconvenience, my stay was fantastic. Very relaxing.

The only reason I didn't give it 5stars was because if you don't get the campaign room like we had the rest of the rooms were a little plain but other than that it was EXCELLENT

Overall great. Service needs improvement on dining room may have been short staffed. Servers overwhelmed. Great facility. Will come back.
