My credit card was already run by the time we checked in, even tho I specified that I would pay on arrival. They insisted that I run my credit card again, and it charged me $297 in addition to the $165 cost for the room. It tied up my checking account until Wednesday when our stay was Saturday into Sunday.

Basically just rolled in to sleep, but there was a pickup in the parking lot blaring music from 11 pm until after 1:00 am. We called to have front desk talk to them at 11:30. (Front desk stated they could also hear the music). They did talk to them once….as I could hear that exchange as well. They shut off music for 1 minute and started it up again. Otherwise, the place was “fine”.

Great stay!
I was please with my room and the stay. The pool is a little small but nice if you have one or two families inside. I did not get a chance to get in the hot tub as it stayed full. It was well worth the price.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The only thing I really didn’t like was the fact that there wasn’t drinking water available for the guests.

A hidden gem in Lakeville,MN
This hotel was a block off the main road, maybe thats why we were the only ones there on Friday. The hotel was clean, didn't notice any needed repairs, and our room was perfect. What a pleasure.

Great stay
We had a very nice room and wonderful staff especially Jay. Nice breakfast every morning. We were supposed to have a room on the 2nd floor but Jay gave us one on the 1st floor due to my father limping a little and no elevator.

Close parking. No electric doors, tough to get luggage in past doors. Was one 1st floor but saw no elevator to use for second. Felt toilet seat was real low and small. Had knee replacements and was hard to get off seat.

Expedia is deceptive in advertising by showing picture's of the jacuzzi suite for the price of a regular "suite" which is a single room with a sofa couch. The hotel and staff are fine, the problem is Expedia. I expect Expedia to refund the $96 as the room that I expected was not what was actually available. The jacuzzi suite is only available by booking directly with Choice Hotels.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Limited options that no one in my party liked. Waffle mix was empty, pastry options were a few not muffins which my daughter is allergic to, one yogurt option, no flavored creamers to use for the coffee and only two cereal options no one would eat. Stairwells need work done. Plenty of clean towels and room was mostly clean... Table was sticky but everything what was good.

Kids loved the pool they had a good time. Our room on the other hand was not the great. First room we got checked into the whole tv stand fell apart when we opened the drawer so they switched rooms for us. Then in that room my daughter found an open can of cat food beside the bed. Also if you have a bunch of stuff request food floor because there is no elevator.

I used to go to Quality Inn because they had a decent breakfast, now it is all prepackaged food and no place to eat it but back in the room. Restaurants are fully open why aren't they?

Front staff personnel need better training on how to deal and approach guests. We were rudely and abrasively approached and instructed to leave the hot tub area as others guests wanted to use it. There were no postings on alternating guests or time limits on hot tub use. We would have happily taken turns, gotten out or made space for other guests had any new guests approached the area which none had. I can understand how some guests may still wish to limit exposure to new people with recent Covid epidemic but mere polite communication would have easily managed situation as we are respectful and accommodating people.
