This hotel was decent. I would probably stay here again if I'm in this area.

My stayPosted Nov 14, 2012
Cons: Having to go outside to gain access to lobby. Laundry room being right out in the hallway.
Location: The location is great. Easy access to shopping and dining places.
The hotel was oik. I would stay again. The only thing that was a bother, was having to go outside to get to lobby. That was a major sore thumb.

ok, location is goodPosted Sep 25, 2012
COMFORTABLE BUT DRAB. CHECK IN WENT WELL, BUT COULDN'T GET A SMILE. FOR THE SEASIDE HEIGHTS AREA, IT IS WELL LOCATED ONCE YOU GET USED TO THE INFREQUENT U-TURNS.

Our nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. The sheets had stains and room overall was unclean.

Not worth the money.Posted Jul 10, 2012
Cons: They didn't even provide free tissues.
This hotel was not worth the price paid. We had a room with 2 dbl. beds and it was small. Knowing we had a child, we had to ask for extra towels as they only gave us two sets. There were no hand towels provided. There were no tissues provided. Our bedside lamp was missing a bulb. The television programming was not kid-friendly. The hotel has some age to it. The bathroom is very small with almost no vanity for storage. We took this room as we didn't have much to choose from near Six Flags. We will not stay here again. The money we paid would have gotten us a four star hotel elsewhere. Not worth the room rates at all. No tissues? Really?

Room met expectationsPosted Jul 3, 2012
Cons: Smokey smell
Location: On a state highway with easy access to Garden State Parkway.
"Non-smoking" room smelt of smoke and had an ashtray. Continental Breakfast coffee was tasty. Offered hardboiled eggs. No bacon or sausage. A/C kept up on a very hot day.

Next to Leisure Park Retirement FacilityPosted Jun 26, 2012
Pros: Room had good amenities such as refrigerator & microwave & excellent wi-fi reception.
Cons: Noise at night.
Location: Good if you need to visit elderly relatives at Leisure Park.
The staff are very nice, especially at the front desk. The worst part was not really in their control but they are next door to a banquet facility which was very noisy at night. Ask to stay on the side that does not back up to them.
Call ahead before you arrivePosted Jun 25, 2012
Cons: Smelled awful and very disorganized
I'm not sure whose fault it was but when I got to the hotel it was not the room I booked. I booked a double nonsmoking room and got a king smoking room. The smell first of all in the hall was horrendous. Smelled of urine and of course smoke. That alone almost wanted to make me get out of there but I went to my room. The room was "clean" and looked like most hotels of this price do but the smell was too bad and I needed a double room because my elderly dad was staying with me that night. It only took a few seconds to decide that I needed to leave. The staff was kind enough not to charge my card, as far as I can tell. They said it's expedia's fault that I got the wrong room and that it happens often that rooms booked on expedia often changes to a king smoking despite what the guest asked for. So if you're planning to stay there and booking on expedia calling ahead to ensure that the room you get is the one you booked may be a good idea.

Pros: Breakfast was sufficient . Pricing below hilton
Cons: Hallways No direct path too Lobby
Filled the need for one night. Hallways dull and dark. Bedroom window you could not see out because the glass was fogged with air pockets
