Staff works very hard, but this is an old facility. Bathroom fan in room 106 is in serious need of replacement and is non functional. Room smelled like heavy cigarette use. Wall outlets barely hold the prongs of my cpap and phone charger; all of them. Mattresses are old and flimsy. Room was otherwise clean. Like I said, they work very hard and do their best.

While this is an older property it was clean and comfortable with easy entry/exit as it was one level with parking at your door. The beds were excellent, there was a kitchen sink, small refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Importantly there was a comfortable recliner chair. The shower was good. Also there was a small table with two comfortable chairs for casual dining. While not stylish, it was certainly clean, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great fifties vibe!
The only bad part was that they had already drained the pool. There was some west but it only added to the fifties vibe. The room was clean, check-in was pleasant, the air conditioner was a bit finicky but did its job. Overall a nice stay!

Close to great birding
I had issues with my television, called the office and they came right away and fixed it, very friendly. Pleasant stay, older motel. Room was clean, nice park area in front of motel. Located within easy walking distance to Lamar Community College, and their awesome birding trail.

Location is ok, used to stay here a lot. Has deteriorated, needing updated. Shower never got hot. No amenities to speak of for the price and additional pet fee Decor and bedding worn..won't stay again

When the checked in desk was staffed by young woman who could not answer any questions. She stated she just fills in on occasion. Went to get breakfast in morning and older woman who also said she was filling in and no food was left for her to put out. On morning of check out office had closed sign on door. Hope owners are OK. A bit concerning…….

Hello DebbyWe have stopped serving breakfast as with type of customers and outdoor corridors guest normally did not come for breakfast and we had to throw away food everyday.Due to staff shortages, sometimes the manager lady has to clean the rooms too and hence has to keep the office closed - but she is on the proprety, you could see her cleaning rooms.
