    “Great hotel, great location, would certainly book again”

    On arriving at the hotel the Receptionist offered us a travel cot for our baby which was very helpful. It was quickly set up for us in the room without any hassle. The room was spacious with a separate sleeping area with bunk beds for children which was an excellent facility within the room. We had a great view of the rollercoasters from our window and it was an easy walk from the hotel to the Pleasure Beach. The breakfast was excellent too but we had to wait to be seated as there were more people than seats. This was slightly disappointing but the hotel staff certainly manage this as efficiently as they can.

    “Worth every penny”

    This is a great hotel for families as the master bedroom has an annex with two bunk beds for children. They get their own televisions which is great. The decoration in the restaurant wouldn't be out of place in a central London hotel. Clean, comfortable, and well trained staff. Top marks!

    “Great Family Hotel”

    We stopped in a deluxe family room with our two kids and were very pleased. The room was spacious and comfortable. Just be aware that the bunks for the kids are up to age 12 but that's average height, so if you have a tall 10 year old like ours then they might be a bit small.

    “Big Blue Review”

    Plenty of parking, simple and friendly check in - receptionist helped make good recommendations for restaurants in town. Facilities in the room were excellent - Multi channel TV, tea/coffee/biscuits, ironing board & iron. My room was a family room which had a separate annex with 2 bunk beds complete with TV. Excellent buffet breakfast with a large choice for everyone. (Have dined in the restaurant before and the menu has a wide choice and solid delivery). The free wi-fi is a nice touch for the gadget traveller.
