Hotel room

Posted Jun 21, 2014
The hotel manager was nice, however I noticed in the room the bedding had a cigarette burn on it even though it states it's a non smoking hotel. Also the lamp shade had holes in it. The radiator had coffee stains so the room had obviously not been cleaned very well. On an up note the bed was very comftable and the room was quiet and peaceful

A great place to rest

Posted Jun 19, 2014
Arrived at the Edward to a warm welcome. The check-in was efficient and the room, right up in the attic, clean and welcoming. The bathroom was spotless and the shower very refreshing after a long day. The hotel doesn't have a lift but that was fine for us.

The price is Right

Posted May 19, 2014
Pros: Cheap no frills
just a short walk from the so is ideally situated for a short stay although the lack of parking is a minus point. Helpful staff made you welcome from the off.

Nice stay

Had a very comfortable stay with my 3 year old daughter. The landlord was very friendly and gave me advice and local knowledge of places to go. Would recommend this b&b to anyone looking for a comfortable time without breaking the bank.

Edward Hotel, Blackpool

Posted Apr 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
My room was a substitute for the one I booked. A week before my stay, I was contacted by the proprietor, that because of a plumbing problem, my room was not going to be available. He offered me a room with a detached water closet (toilet). Because of the location convenience, I accepted. He offered me fee Wi-Fi and a reduced breakfast rate as a consolation.

Spacious!!

Posted Apr 22, 2014
As a muslim who need to pray, the space within the room is more than enough for us to do so. It is very clean and Stuart (the hotel guy) is very friendly indeed! Worth what i was paying for.. =) the only downside is it doesnt have any parking space..other than that,it was EXCELLENT!!!

Room was renovated compared to common areas inside hotel. Good breakfast. Good service. Great value. Only con was the mattress as it was too soft.
