Thread bare bedroom furniture, numerous stains on walls and carpets. Generally bad state of repair decoration wise.

Handy position.Posted Sep 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Cleanliness of room reasonable. The curtains were dirty badly in need of a wash or renewal. The windows have not been cleaned inside or out for a very long time. The service was generally good, as was the breakfast food, plenty to eat. The rate for a single room was good for the 4 days I was there.

Great location, free parking at the hotel a+++++Posted Sep 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was lovely and great location , about 2 min walk to Blackpool tower and other attractions, the only negative about the hotel was the cooked breakfast was not nice, but it was free, it a nice family hotel, also hotel need more high chairs as i struggle on occasion to get one, but was very pleased with the experience

Great locationPosted Sep 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is located on the strip which was easy to walk to places or catch a tram. The service of the hotel was great. When we were going to check out we waited for a lift for about 20 to 30 mins as it was going to the higher levels and was full by the time it got to our level, there was a elderly couple waiting there before us one being in a wheelchair I called reception and told them the problem they were just about to send someone up to help but we finally had a free lift to help the elderly into. The mattresses in our room need to be updated as I could feel the hard springs so we placed the spare blankets under the sheets for more comfort.. Overall this is a great hotel

while the hotel itself is ok, our room overlooked the street and we were directly opposite a bar called Nellie Deans which blasted out rave music till 4.30 am every night which was terrible, also i used the hotels carpark for the 3 nights we were there and on leaving noticed footprints on my bonnet the when i arrived home saw that the front number plate was broken, not good for what should be a secure carpark. The hotel was nice, the breakfast was as good as anywhere else but next time im in blackpool i will be looking for somewhere else to stay
