Very nice staff and food wow

Posted Jul 12, 2015
The food was amazing me and little one used the pool no lifeguard watching but was not far away staff could not help enough this made the stay just that much better, the night time buffet was amazing and cheap and the drinks with the food were not overpriced, only downside is you have to pay for the wifi overall very happy

Lovely hotel but surrounding area a bit run down.

Would stay here again if in Blackpool but only in a sea view room, the views to the rear are a bit depressing.

I appreciated the mangerress's prompt response in addressing my request of changing room owing to poor ventilation as window could not be opened in the original room.

Very enjoyable stay..

Posted Jun 21, 2015
This was our second visit and we were just as pleased with our accommodation as last time.. We had a very large room with a double bed, an already made up sofa bed plus bunk beds discretely hidden in a corner.. Very well appointed bathroom with a good shower/bath and plenty of towels to hand Breakfast was a good choice of English or Continental, pleasantly served by the friendly staff I would stay at the Hilton Blackpool again without hesitation, very good location on the sea front with plenty of (paid) car parking..

Nice Modern Hotel

Posted May 9, 2015
Pros: The modern open plan lounge and dining area was very slick and upto date.
Cons: I don't know about the other rooms but ours definitely had an ancient mattress and lumpy old pillows. If I stayed there again I wd take my own pillow
Location: Sited on the beautiful proms add with pleasant walks in both directions. Nice shopping area reached easily by taxi.
The facilities were very good, Food was good but just the usual buffet style that you get anywhere. Enjoyed swimming and sauna, as well as booking a very enjoyable facial. Bad points- the mattress and. Pillows were ancient a nd not very comfortable.

Nice hotel in a great position

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Spa and entire hotel staff, very approaching and friendly.
Cons: Free car parking. No charge for boiled or poached eggs. Rooms starting to get tired looking.
Location: On North Shore, which was fantastic, nice quite location. You can buy a day ticket for the tram which stops just down the road, easy for everything
Check in was good. Spa was first class including the staff. Price of drinks was reasonable for a hotel. Not happy to pay £5 a day to park my car. Very upset that we were charged £2 for a poached egg. Not everyone wishes to have a fried egg or scrambled eggs made with butter.? Can understand the other items that are charged as an extra, It takes a couple of minutes to do boiled or poached eggs, not labour intensive? Other than that I would recommend and be happy to return, if this and car parking charges were dropped

Just OK. The Hilton name obviously doesn't mean what it used to.
