Nice Modern HotelPosted May 9, 2015
Pros: The modern open plan lounge and dining area was very slick and upto date.
Cons: I don't know about the other rooms but ours definitely had an ancient mattress and lumpy old pillows. If I stayed there again I wd take my own pillow
Location: Sited on the beautiful proms add with pleasant walks in both directions. Nice shopping area reached easily by taxi.
The facilities were very good, Food was good but just the usual buffet style that you get anywhere. Enjoyed swimming and sauna, as well as booking a very enjoyable facial. Bad points- the mattress and. Pillows were ancient a nd not very comfortable.

Nice hotel in a great positionPosted May 4, 2015
Pros: Spa and entire hotel staff, very approaching and friendly.
Cons: Free car parking. No charge for boiled or poached eggs. Rooms starting to get tired looking.
Location: On North Shore, which was fantastic, nice quite location. You can buy a day ticket for the tram which stops just down the road, easy for everything
Check in was good. Spa was first class including the staff. Price of drinks was reasonable for a hotel. Not happy to pay £5 a day to park my car. Very upset that we were charged £2 for a poached egg. Not everyone wishes to have a fried egg or scrambled eggs made with butter.? Can understand the other items that are charged as an extra, It takes a couple of minutes to do boiled or poached eggs, not labour intensive? Other than that I would recommend and be happy to return, if this and car parking charges were dropped

Great time had by allPosted Apr 25, 2015
Pros: Location and friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Air conditioning installed
Location: Transport on the doorstep.loads of attractions and nice restaurants nearby.
8 señor ladies stayed here for 4 days Monday to Friday. Had a great time. All staff were very courteous and helpful from the front desk to restaurant and to housekeeping. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice for everyone. After the first morning they always had a table for 8 waiting for us. The rooms are adequate , only problem was the window didn't open and there is no air conditioning. The hotel is within walking distance to the centre of town. Tram and bus stops outside the hotel. Would certainly stay here again.

Hilton horror!Posted Apr 6, 2015
Stayed here for the long weekend, we were expecting the whole 5 star experience as all other Hiltons offer, but what we got was the complete opposite. The double room was so small that 2 people barely fit in it! No fridge or mini bar, no tea or coffee facilities, no in room slippers or robes, no welcome note, faulty phone, very poor and slow internet connection and the list goes on! Only good thing would be the location, a stone throw away from the beach.

Great Hotel In BlackpoolPosted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Fantastic hotel with great facilities.
Cons: More hotel room options for families.
Location: Within 10 minutes walk of the main town and Blackpool tower.
The hotel was really nice and done up in the normal high quality Hilton style. Gym and swimming facilities were good. Breakfast also had lots of choice and all tasted fantastic. The hotel is a little walk from the town centre and pleasure beach etc but is right outside a tram stop. The family guestroom consisted of to single bed and then a sofa bed used to give another bed. This was ok but would have preferred a double and a single so would be careful of the room type you choose but otherwise great hotel and fantastic service.

Comfortable hotel overlooking beachPosted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: It was quiet, on a Thursday night, at least.
Cons: As above.
I was travelling with two friends, but had a room on my own. Helpful check in, in fact great service from all staff we came into contact with. It was a Thursday night, but guests weren't rowdy, so I got a good night's sleep. Only things I would change: 1. We were staying for a fitness convention with an 8am start, but breakfast started 7am, way too late to digest before a day of mad leaping around. They'd had a lot of negative feedback about that, and did helpfully let the hungry Lycra-clad hoard into the restaurant before 7am! It would be nice if the hotel stayed up to date with what's going on in Blackpool, so breakfast could start earlier in such circumstances. 2. I really dislike UHT milk in room for tea. I know just about every hotel on the planet does this, but I still prefer the real deal.

Nice hotel not so nice roomPosted Mar 8, 2015
Pros: Location and breakfast
Cons: Rooms updated
Booked through Expedia and booked twin room with breakfast for one night! Room really wasn't anything to write home about! 2 very small single beds and desperately needed updating!! Breakfast was very good apart from tea was poured by staff from flask type jugs instead of being given a pit of tea on table! For a 4* hotel I have never known this!!

This was quite possibly one of the worst rooms that I have stayed in for a while. The bathroom was unusuable as it was all stained and the windows were leaking so much that things that we had left on it were ruined. For the brand of the Hilton this hotel is a disgrace.
