This is a lovely welcoming hotel, very family friendly and rooms are a good size. The kids/games room could do with updating and the windows in our room needed cleaning on the inside other than that room was clean and comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay at the Hotel Sheraton, with my 85 year old relative, our family room was clean and comfortable. The food was really nice and staff were friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment was bingo, singer and comedian/musician who were all good The hotel decor is a little tired but the hotel has a quiet location with good access to tram or buses,we found it good value for money and would definitely return.

Nice Hotel in good quiet locationPosted Aug 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff were very helpful and friendly, great pool and equally great breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable but there were some tears in the net curtain in the main room which should have been seen to.

Pros: The Staff as explained above, and the rooms
Cons: Make sure the plates, cups and cutlery are properly cleaned for guests
Location: Location was very central, close to the North Pier. Transport was convenient for traveling. Easy to move around.
Staff were very helpful and supportive. Rooms were comfortable enough and was clean. The hotel had nice lounges to relax and the dinning hall was nice. It was very easy to travel to town from the hotel and there was a local nearby conner shop to but groceries. The food was okay, you get what you pay for, however the cutlery and most of the drinking glasses were not cleaned properly. There was food bits stuck to nearly most of the glasses used for drinks. My children refused to drink from them, they used straws instead and one day we had to request for another fork as the one on the table, like other ones too had food stuck in them. Apart from this every other thing was good. Especially the dinning staff they were excellent, very helpful and courteous, they deserve 10 out of 10.

The double room we had was very cramped and the bathroom did not have a shower The twin room was large, a double bed and a single bed The hotel is very old fashioned and needs a lot if tlc! The floor boards creek and the furniture and decor are very outdated The staff at reception see not helpful as we were told they could big accept an Irish credit card as we had no postcode! We were able to sort it in the end though! The breakfast however was lovely The hotel is in a great location I would only stay in this hotel for 1 night

Room different too close to karaoke ... Hotel far away from centre and restaurants, it was hard to have dinner since no food served after 7!!! Customers all very old, it looks like a dismissed structure

Rooms a little dated but were clean and comfy.Posted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: The childrens entertainment in the evening is excellent. The food was well cooked and there was a choice of two evening meals.
Cons: Needs updating, some of the carpets and curtains/nets at the window were very dated.
Location: Good location, away from the noise of central Blackpool in the evening, trams every 15 mins to take you into central Blackpool
We went for a three day break early August, breakfast and evening meal were of a very good quality and the entertainment in the evening was good for children. The rooms were of a reasonable standard and the bed linen fresh and clean. Staff polite and some were very helpful. This is our 2nd visit to the Hotel and we have had a good experience both times,
