Lovely, accomadating staffPosted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: Slept well and great breakfast
Location: Centrally located so close to all shops, the front, with the north and south piers a short walk.
Stayed for the Feb half term break with my son. The hotel was clean and a full English breakfast included in the price. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is ideal for all the sights around Blackpool. Would definitely stay again.

Very FriendlyPosted Sep 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is in desperate need of updating, it is like stepping back in the the 1970's and the beds need to be better quality. I know we didn't pay a huge amount for the room but I could feel every spring in the mattress in our bed and every time our son turned over in the bunk beds the whole thing swayed. However despite this the rooms were extremely clean and you could tell the owners were trying to be up market. The breakfast was amazing and the staff extremely friendly. The location was great just a 5 minute walk to the promenade and the shops, the hotel had a reasonable priced bar but you couldn't drink your own alcohol in the rooms. The room downstairs was the bar pool room and dining room it was a little cramped. Over all our stay was very pleasant.

Great hotel!!Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: The friendly staff
Location: Really close to centre of Blackpool with the pier, tower and arcades 2 minutes walk away. Zoo 15minutes drive away.
Lovely room that was very clean. The staff was amazing, Martin the owner was a wonderful host, really friendly and welcoming. Lovely entertainment with bar, pool table and music then with a great breakfast in the morning. And at only £20 a night it was fantastic!!! Will be going back next year again.

Get what you pay for!Posted Sep 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
Starting wth the positives - the staff were lovely, chirpy and friendly. The breakfast was palatable. The location was ideal for trips to the pier and shops. However, the whole hotel felt run-down and grotty, in need of serious maintenance. The toilet was devoid of sink (meaning a trek through the whole hotel to wash your hands), the beds were horribly uncomfortable. The furniture looked as if it were going to fall apart any second, and the room was, at best, in serious need to a make-over, at worst, in need of a deep clean. With so many B and Bs in Blackpool, I wouldn't rush back to this one.

Just what we wantedPosted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: Value for Money
Location: Very central. Walking distance from train station, promenade, tower, shops, trams and buses
Great little B&B, room was clean and tidy, didn't mind that it was not en suite (knew that when I booked). Breakfast was fantastic with great variety. Hosts could not do enough to make stay more pleasant. Cannot comment on bar or entertainment at night as never had time to stay. Only a short walk from all that you need when visiting Blackpool. close to station, Tower, Promenade, and trams. Very Happy with our stay, would recommend and stay again

El problema es que los baños son compartidos.
