Nice hotel, close to the beach and very friendly.Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: We liked this hotel as the family were very kind, pleasant and they are very nice and easy to talk to. We liked that we could come and go at any time.
Cons: Nothing we felt needed improving.
Location: The location of the property was near the beach, Promanade, a cash machiene without a withdrawal charge and arcades etc.
Warm welcome on the arrival from both the owner's and their children. The room was ready before expected and it was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and attended all our needs and inquireys. my children loved Bella the dog that was kept downstairs living with the owners.

North End of BlackpoolPosted Aug 3, 2014
Family run, family friendly quite typical B&B just 5 minutes walk from the Tower. Very nice family to stay with. No daytime parking but good car park just 50 yards away, not too dear. Good value.

Poor qualityPosted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel leaves a lot to be desired, the room was extremely dated, the bed a total mismatch of linen, the ensuite was nothing more than a 3 foot square room next to the loft area down the corridor, no plug for the sink, the owners are very helpful and pleasant. Will not be staying ever again and for the price could have got a Travelodge cheaper but without the breakfast. The breakfast was ok with plenty to eat.

Basic hotel with superior servicePosted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were met with a smile from Joanne who very quickly dealt with our check in and showed us to our room. The room itself was perfect for a short stay with a double bed, bunk beds and a separate single bed. There was also a small but adequate en-suite bathroom which had shower, WC and small basin. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as colour TV with Freeview. Later on we met Richard who gave us lots of information around Blackpool. Joanne and Richard take their business personally and you can tell that they enjoy their vocation. There is a small bar downstairs which the couple are happy to keep open until around 10pm. Breakfast was very well cooked although as this B&B is small (only 10 rooms when the current refurbishments are complete) the breakfast time is restricted to 9 - 9:30, although I'm sure if we would have asked for an earlier/later time we would have been accommodated. Overall a nice, clean place run by a nice couple. No stag/hen do's so it is the perfect place to take the family.
