Great hotel with everything you need.
Due to change in travel plans, arrived at 11am. We were allowed to book in straight away. The front of desk person was very helpful with information we needed for our stay. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and had everything you needed for an overnight stay. Lovely breakfast.

It was clean and comfortable. The room wasn't big, but it wasn't tiny. Bathroom was small but modern. It was a bit noisy when the lift was going up and down or people shut their doors in the hallway, but overall, it was good for the price. I'd stay there again.

The only thing that irked me was the 1030am check out on a Sunday, felt this was too early. The continental breakfast was decent and ample and the staff were lovely. Great position next to the waterfront and a short walk to the centre.

Great Break - As Always
We have stayed at the Mode on numerous occasions. We always enjoy our visits and find the staff are helpful and efficient. The hotel is in a great position on the sea front but also convenient for the town centre shops and restaurants etc and the public transport options. We have already booked our next visit.

Excellent stay!
Really smart, clean, friendly, modern hotel right on the beach front in the beautiful Lytham St Anne’s. Staff were friendly, breakfast was superb, the room was spacious, clean and with all mod cons, Hotel also has free parking which is a huge plus too and the bar is excellent with the huge doors wide open so you can sit in the sunshine too! Would HIGHLY recommend.

The hotel lift was not working on arrival - we were given no pre-warning of this issue and so had no time to make other arrangements. There was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience - not even a drink at the bar!

Christmas break
The hotel seemed closed no lights on when first came in no one at reception had to wait however very nice when they did come Breakfast ok but would be better if was hot one (luckily the Toby across the way is open) the room was ok although the bathroom was a little tired water not very hot on fist day ! Bed was comfortable but would be nice to invest in some new pillows The view was great But overall the hotel lacked atmosphere

Nice hotel, but over priced
The hotel was nice and staff friendly. Staying for 1 night to attend Lytham prom festival. My only complaint was the cost. The price was obviously hiked up due to the festival. Following week it's £60 cheaper. The room was nice but not worth £195.
