Very friendly, welcoming and caring. Very convenient for the town centre. Safe overnight parking. We will definitely be using Pelham Lodge next time we come to Blackpool for a show.

A fabulous weekend with the guys at Pelham Lodge. Nothing too much trouble. Fantastic accommodation, loved the jacuzzi bath, and spacious warm room. The breakfast service and food were excellent too. Thank you for a great weekend.

We stayed at the Pelham Lodge for our usual New Year break in Blackpool and once again enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Hotel. The location is perfect, our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean with great attention to detail and superb facilities. Martin and George are lovely hosts and do a great breakfast, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

I have never stayed in Blackpool before. I chose this venue because of the reviews. I think it was a good choice. Immaculately clean, it is what I imagine and old school guest house was like. Great character and Martin, who I dealt with for the short time that I was there, was fantastic. Would definitely stay again if I had need to come to Blackpool.

George and Martin are wonderful hosts. Stayed at Pelham Lodge 3 times now. Recommended it to others ladles and they totalling agreed. 5 minutes from Station, close proximity to town.

Delightful little place in an otherwise uninspiring B and B selection in this town. Second time I’ve stayed and each time it has exceeded my expectations. Very friendly owner and decent accommodation and food, Great welcome too. I’d recommend this place if you are visiting Blackpool

Stayed in a family ( room 12), there was 4 of us. The room was at the top of the lodge and was dark with limited lighting. Decor was dated and in need of attention; such as the wall paper hanging of the walls!! The lamp shade on the lamp (under the television) was also very stained. Shower was running cold water in the morning, reported this to the front desk to be told that other guests have probably used too much water and I was advised to wait and it will warm up. Waited and tried again but still freezing cold, eventually, I was told someone will come and look, which they did and confirmed it was cold! The man then went and no one returned. I then went back to the front desk and was told to wait again until it turns hot! I then asked how long it normally takes for the water to heat up, as I had already waited for over 40 minutes! I was then given a key to another room, which was down a flight of stairs and then up another flight, so we all took turns to make the journey across the lodge, just to get a shower! For £120 what a joke! The car Park was very limited, so had to pay for parking across the road which is £3 for 90 minutes (it was 90 minutes maximum stay). Also, be careful as the house opposite seemed to be a drug den with various people in and out during the day and night! Martin and Callum was very welcoming and hospitable. Location was close to the beach.

My mother and aunty stayed here for a little trip away. They both absolutely loved it. Comfy clean rooms, great location, amazing breakfasts and Martin the host was amazing. Friendly and helpful always a smile on his face. Highly recommend and definitely will go back. Thanks Martin.

Booked for the weekend as part of a "bucket list " that my friend and I have now we have reached 60. We had been to Blackpool before but this was to be our last trip after 25 years. Pelham Lodge was perfect for us. Great location to get to everywhere, excellent value for money = Note to owner - you could charge more. Comfortable, warm, excellent facilities and quiet. Loved the fact that I could park the car in their car park as I was not using it over the weekend. Once parked was forgotten. I can highly reccomend this hotel. Breakfast was great quality and hot. The only drop of point was that guests could choose their :time sittings at breakfast - we chose the early one @ 8.30 and all 3 of us were there on time and together. We don't take a longtime eating but maybe we need more than 40 mins for breakfast and not ask to leave at 9:00 as the next sitting was due to come in. Also other parties were not so helpful - turning up 1 by 1 making extra work for the staff and then being late leaving and other guests are left waiting. That was our only fault. Can highly reccomend - you will have a great stay.

Exceptional cosy and clean
The owners are very friendly and helpful. Very clean and the breakfast was made very well with the effort of quality. The bed was not comfortable and the house on the street didn't allow us to sleep well but in total everything was very good and I recommend it as it is very cheaper than the same B&B with great quality. Thanks to the great owners.

Super Stay
Forget the big hotels this is a real gem. Just a few minutes from the station and less to the beach, Martin and George have created a very clean, quiet and comfortable B&B. Breakfast is included and the Full English, appearing just a few minutes after ordering was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and I would thoroughly recommend.
