The Hotel is well situated and friendly staff on arrival continued through our stay . A delightful room however - considering this was a superior room the seating area with the small screen was behind a wall so sitting in this area meant that there was no view.
Disappointed with the bathroom too- needed modernising, floor in particular.
The entertainment was very good Saturday evening.
Breakfast in the basement was yet again disappointing as no view of the world let alone
the panoramic sea view. The service was very good and the departure ws as friendly as our arrival.

Stayed overnight to enable us to visit Preston and Lytham . Our room was in the annex which although small it was equipped with everything we needed. Plentiful supply of tea and coffee to make drinks, and a selection of toiletries. All beautifully presented. The whole hotel is spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful.
