Für alles musste nachgefragt werden. Sauberkeit indiskutabel.

Worst bed and breakfast ever.Posted Nov 4, 2014 on Hotels
The place was so dirty and stuffy. Very small and manky rooms. Everything seemed to be falling apart. The hotel manager, Emma was very rude, abrupt and nasty. Left her little boy and his friends to run the place while she did god knows what. Could not stand the place. We left as soon as we woke up the next morning without a bath, wash or shower. We could not wait to get out of there fast enough. Waste of time and money.

Good stay at tam o shanterPosted Aug 31, 2014 on Hotels
We were there for only a day, location wise it was close to many attractions in blackpool. We asked foe a double room but we thought it was s bit cramped. Common toilet was good. A little dissapointed with the breakfast though. At the time of booking at HOTELS.COM website in the column for special requests for the b&b we wrote for a vegetarian option for breakfast since we were vegans but no attention was paid to the sp. request.

Close to the Tower and tram for other attractionsPosted Oct 27, 2013
Pros: Friendly - Small - not on the main drag ( a couple of rows back from the front - so quiet at night - helpful
Cons: King size bed could do with a mattress topper
Location: walking distance - even with a dodgy hip - to the Tower, North & Central Piers, sea front and tram for easy access to Pleasure Beach and South Pier
Stayed 2 night weekend as a birthday treat, wanted the "old fashioned B&B" experience - Owner and family were lovely even letting us borrow her phone to get onto the web for numbers when my partner lost his phone on the tram on the last evening. Room clean, bed starting to show it's age - a few springs could be felt but nothing a mattress topper wouldn't solve - breakfast good - plenty and cooked to order. Hotel is unlicenced but adequate use of a fridge if you wanted to put some wine or beer there for personal consumption. Didn't have the evening meal. - for a cheap getaway for a few night I'd go again.
