Lovely hotel close to all amenitiesPosted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Close to shops/beach and nightlife. However there was entertainment in the hotel which was very good. 10 out of 10 for the barman he was excellent.
Cons: Make it into an adult only hotel
Location: As above
Had an excellent time at the Chadwick Hotel, the only problem was the family in the room next door, who constantly let their baby cry at 6.30am and to drown out the noise they put football on the TV. We thought this was very unacceptable and inconsiderate. No-one can help a baby crying but trying to passify would help. We were in room 7.

Great TimePosted Sep 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were made very welcome, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the food and service was first class and felt as though I want to go again before I have left Swimming was great, Sauna and Steam were good once we realized that we needed to put our tokens in then go for a swim while they warmed up but would defiantly recommend this hotel to stay

Second stay of many?Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: I like the facilities, gym, sauna swimming pool. I loved the food, basic fare but cooked to perfection and I most of all I like the warmth of staff.
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Location: The hotel is as close to the beach as its possible to be. there is a boating lake for kids and tenpin bowling. a beautiful park and the friendly town.
This was my second stay in Lytham St Annes and my second at the Chadwick Hotel. The staff al remembered me and greeted me warmly making me feel even more welcome than they did upon my first visit. I had a wonderful time both in the town and whilst in the hotel. I find these short breaks help me cope with the pressures and stress of my day to day life. A beautiful experience which i heartily recommend anyone to experience.

Room and facilities disappointingPosted Aug 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
Shower provision very poor, unable to adequately adjust shower position, zero power and curtain around over bath shower area was too small - in need of a major overhaul. Bed was lumpy, soft and in need of replacing. Steam room and sauna tepid at best, pool was ok. Cooked Breakfast minimal portions, could have been better. However, Staff overall helpful and friendly. Would not stay again.

It's what makes Lytham wonderful!Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Beautifully located right on the sea front it is just a short walk from the town and park.
Cons: I can think of nothing!
Location: The hotel is right beside the beach, there is an adorable park, a lovely shopping area, a park, the pier is just a few hundred yards away.
I had planned to stay for three nights but I found the hotel so warm and friendly and the amenities, swimming pool, air-conditioning, gymnasium, sauna and whirlpool bath, so inviting that I felt I had to stay for another night. The staff were very accommodating and gave me the extra night at a very good rate. The food was excellent and the service five star. The main thing I liked about this experience, however, was the genuine warmth and friendliness emanated by all of the staff. They made me feel very welcome and I will certainly be returning just as soon as work commitments allow!!

A one night business tripPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Easy parking. Bright pleasant breakfast room with good staff
Cons: Reception desk was temporary so I am unable to say what it should be like. The very large lounge area lighting made the whole place look dowdy.
Location: Good for beach stroll.
This hotel is not meant for business visitors. It has the feel of a hotel for retired people. I'm sure its very nice for them.
