Pros: The two tvs in each room
Cons: car parking facilities but that was not their fault.
Location: The beach is five minutes away.
The staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast was first class and the lady who cooked the breakfast delivered service with a smile.

Cheap Cheerful & Spotlessly Clean

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: Cheap
Location: Close to Winter Gardens
Did not actually see any staff apart from check in & check out. Attended Rebellion Punk Festival, location was perfect. Accommodation was good, clean, cheap.

Worst room i've ever stayed in!

Posted Apr 29, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was absolutely fine and the lady who served us was very nice!
Cons: Most things in my opinion
Location: Very central location to everything you need
Booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children for a 2 night stay. Arrived and went to our room to be fairly horrified at particularly the size of this 'family room' which was no more than an attic 'box' room. As you opened the door you practically fell onto the first bed and movement around the room was pretty impossible. 2 people needed to be sat on their beds to enable the other 2 to move. Once unpacked there was nowhere to put the cases so needless to say we spent the time in our room (as little as possible) falling over them. Bathroom had no ventilation/window and shower was littie more than a drip. If you were a larger than average person, you wouldnt of been able to get in the shower at all. TV didnt work, and cushions on beds were badly stained. I could of accepted all of the above if this was a cheap room but in comparison to other rooms ive stayed in Blackpool this was severely overpriced. The bar is a decent size but bar staff were quite often hiding in the back room.

It is just satisfaction with the hotel.
