we stayed here for convenience to the main strip. A quieter end of Blackpool but well worth it for the peace. roms are very well kept although a bit dated decor. breakfast was buffet style and a really good choice and excellent quality. It has its own little bar but was closed when we got back in at around 1030 PM so missed the chance there. overall a brilliant place to stay for the price.

Pros: The friendly owners and the great food.
Cons: None
Location: Quiet due to being situated away from pubs and clubs although only 10 min walk from nightlife.
Fantastic service with a family feel. Very friendly owner her name is linda. Food great to. This is our second stay and will certainly return soon!

the room was warm and clean, with the added bonus of en suite bathroom.There was plenty of breakfast which pleased my children.It was a little bit of a walk to main attractions but this also meant it was nice and quiet at night which was good.

I was looking for a quiet hotel with good standards of cleanliness, and I found it. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, particularly as regards parking. The breakfast was more than adequate. The owner, Linda was very friendly and kind.I would certainly recommend the hotel to other prospective guests.
