The Hotel cancelled on me as I didn't spot the ridiculous early check in by time, This was for a family room (so potentially disappointed Children) starting on a Friday evening, I like many people work so getting there for 6pm in near impossible, I also do not live local (who does if its a holiday?) So after informing the hotel of my time of arrival they called back to cancel on me without offering a full refund, I called Expedia who then sided with the Hotel, I understand people can not wait around forever but this is a hotel with a bar...is this not staffed on a Friday night?
I had to make hasty arrangements with an alternative website and hotel which as normal was smooth and painless, not at all like this experience, I am now trying to get a refund from my cc company.
