Lovely B&BPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: friendly atmosphere with the owners
Location: close to almost everything you need
My partner and I stayed at the Norwood for 4 nights for Europes elvis tribute competition that was held at the winter gardens. The winter gardens is 5 mins down the road and all the local shops, amusements etc.. around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay at the norwood, our room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice too.only small thing to mention is parking outside the norwood is free for an hour then you have to move car unless you have a disabled badge to display. The carpark is a 5 min walk from the norwood prices start at £6.50 upwards. It cost £16.00 for 4 nights parking. Both owners of the norwood were very nice people and looked after us.I would recommend this b&b.

Just what we wanted! : )Posted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: The warm welcome, the spacious room.
Cons: Instructions on how to work the TVs would have been helpful, but we got there in the end, and it certainly didn't spoil our visit.
Location: As already stated, near to the tower, the beach, South & Central pier, Coral Island & the town centre.
As stated above the Norwood was perfect for our requirements - we were attending a concert at the Winter Gardens complex, which was just 5 minutes away. Close to the tower, the front and Coral Island amusements, we didn't need to go far for anything. Geoff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Norwood HotelPosted Jun 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
Well position for the shops and entertainment area the Norwood Hotel has clean, spacious and well presented public rooms. Modern, comfortable and fresh in appearance the hosts have managed to pack the bedrooms with all the little extras you won't find in a budget hotel. Breakfast offered a good selection of fruits and cerials however the full English breakfast did not disappoint. Well managed by friendly and professional owners it did not disappoint, we shall be back

Perfect for winter gardens. Quiet and friendly.Posted Feb 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Once a year I am in Blackpool for three nights for the Magicians convention at the winter gardens. This place is very close, very easy to find, and most of all quiet. They take no hen parties or stags. I had three good nights sleep.
