“Good for stay .”

Location O.K. Parking O.K Breakfast O.K. inside Hotel everthing looks clean, Rooms size fine, Hot water ok. Television 3 channel only, no control. Tempature of the shower is fine, good hotel as we booked for two nights & Light in the room was good. I would like to stay again in this hotel.

“Get what you pay for!!”

The room was ok bit cramped shower was fine. The breakfast was good plenty of it. Overall you get what you pay for it was fine for a overnight stay dont know if i would stay there any longer. Quite away for the main attractions but not a bad walk if you up for it.

“Not Very Nice”

Bed was most uncomfortable and made lots of squeaking at the slightest of movements. There was no TV in the room even though Websites advertise TV's in rooms. There was no towels on arrival and no forks at breakfast and seemed was an effort for the staff to help. There was no evening chef on even though they advertised evening meals were available Management and staff expected us to know this and that we should have booked a meal if we wanted it. There was no night porter on and we was expected to be in by 12pm unless we let staff know when we was to be back, we was not given a main front key to gain access and at no point through the night could we leave for fresh air/cigarette as not even given option of smoking room as per website. Over all I will not be recommending this hotel and wouldn’t return

“run down hotel”

wellbeck hotel is very run down and badly needs refurbishment, we were given room on 4th floor and eveytime someone used the lift our room walls vibrated from lift motor room adjacent to our room, the bedding and furnishings were poor and worn out

“WON'T BE GOING BACK”

A AWFUL HOTEL. Looked from outside as not bad. If I had not paid up front would have left whilst booking in at reception. The young guy did not have a clue what was going on, took 5 attempts to get the right key. TV not working and asked for another one. That was an experience in itself. The hotel smelt dirty and did not instill any confidence, bins only emptied every other day. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

“NEVER STAY HERE!!!”

Homeless people would object to staying here. Absolutely filthy, falling apart, unhelpful staff. Went to public toilets to wash as was safer than catching something both taps gave out hot water (actually tepid). DO NOT STAY HERE IT'S THE WORST HOTEL IN THE COUNTRY.

“Would never stay at this Hotel again”

Parking O.K Breakfast O.K. inside Hotel everthing looks as if it needs a good clean, Rooms filthy, beds not made, bin not emptied, Television one channel only, no control of tempature in the shower to hot to use, we were offered alternative rooms after the first night given a choice of three all filthy we ended up with keys to two rooms one the television worked the other for showering in as the shower in the room we slept in was as bad as the original room we were in, good job we only booked for two nights I would not have stayed another night, not anywhere near the standard I have been used to when booking with Expedia
