Great hotel, but....

It is a nice facility. Bright clean and comfortable, but there is no elevator to use to get from the first floor to the second. Not good when you're older and carrying suitcases. I will have to be desperate to stay here again. But only because of no elevator.

Nice stay. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was filling and fresh. Gave us a toothbrush and one men's deodorant and one women's deodorant because were forgot to bring any.

Pros: Warm and comfortable in frigid weather.
Location: Shopping, Restaurants, Movies
Staff friendly and helpful. Location great and easy access to everything. Nice continental breakfast.

Stayed here for a few nights. I wasn't familiar with the area, so finding the entrance was a bit tricky. Be sure to look at a map beforehand or have a GPS available. The room was very cozy and clean. The staff was considerate, and I never felt rushed out of the room each morning. I could tell that the hotel was a little older, but it didn't take away from my overall experience.

I have to agree with another person. It was hard to find unless you had a GPS. There are no signs out front on the highway. The entry drive is hard to find as well. Front desk was helpful. Room was clean. And the microwave and fridge were in good working order and clean inside. Would stay here again. Plenty of places to eat nearby and the mall is behind it if you should have a need to shop.

Dissapointing

The staff did not know if there were ice machines on my floor. In a 2 story building. (there wasn't). When we found a machine, we were not allowed to put ice in our (very small) ice chest. Really? for what we payed for our shabby room, it should have not been a problem. The breakfast was mediocre. Again, the staff was not attentive, and were constantly asked for butter, hard boiled eggs, and orange juice. Also, when we asked for a detailed receipt, they could not give it to us because we booked through Expedia. Really? it is hard to believe they have no records at all for us. They were not helpful or customer friendly. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful.
