The property was quiet and clean with a very friendly staff. I was disappointed that slippers were not provided and no bottled water in the room.

Rooms are very clean and updated. Front desk very friendly. Glasses were totally sealed in plastic. I've stayed here before and always come back!

Our stay was 2 nights so they did not come in & straighten the room or change towels on day#2. Front desk person said “we only provide that service if you stay 3or more nights”. No one ever told us when we checked in. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere. Many families with dogs at Bistro - thought eating areas were “no pet” areas. Sadly, we were not impressed overall.

The room deco is sleek and sophisticated. Love’t! The dog fee of $75 is not indicated or mentioned when booking the hotel. Expedia, please include’t in the booking fee.

I stayed here from 11/24/23 - 11/27/23 Staff was excellent, room was clean, hotel was clean, & while there was some litter around the hotel outside, for the most part it looked nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, I wish I had a bath tub. The hotel is solar powered so the lights flickered a few times but never went out. The pool & hot tub were nice, areas were clean & had plenty of towels, my only issue was the chlorine was SO strong that after not even being in the hot tub for hour my eyes were burning, as were my nose and throat, & my throat continued to burn long after I got out that night, after I showered that night, and into the next morning. If I were to stay here again I would not use the pool or hot tub again, which are two major selling points for me, without checking how the strong the chlorine is before I get into either. The restaurant in the lobby was okay, the food options were boring & I was given an old menu, what I wanted from the menu I was given was only available in the morning. The menu had it on there at night. I used grubhub more. The buffet for breakfast lacked variety, the same thing every day, plain bagels, muffins, fruit & yogurt, apple & orange juice, scrambled eggs, home fries & sausage, no bacon. They only had Starbucks coffee. If you are a Dunkin Donuts person, sorry, they have one very close by. They also did not have many do not disturb signs, you may want to consider bringing your own.

The hotel was clean. Check in and out was very quick. Our room was right by the firepit, which was noisy. With kids, that was inconvenient. Overall, good stay.

They did not offer free coffee or a Continental breakfast. I Found insects in the bath tub, dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain. body hair in the bottom of the tub. room is poorly lit. I should have wore a head lamp to see the coffee maker and microwave. House cleaning is only done every other day. So the 2 small bathroom size trash cans were full and never emptied. We will never stay at a COURTYARD By MARRIOTT again.

It was clean and family friendly. Staff was great the only complaint is the hot tub wasnt working and was part of why we booked our stay. The pool was nice and clean though.

It was ok.
Booked for EV charger, but EV charger was not functioning at time of stay. Strange stain on wall behind toilet in room 417. Slow service at the cafe downstairs, staff was frequently in the kitchen rather than out front. Room was otherwise large and generally clean. Hotel itself had a nice, currrent design aesthetic.

Room 134 is next to an exit and other facility management offices so it's extremely loud at all hours. Doors are constantly opening and closing. The room had no pillows nor blankets for the sofa bed. The pool was very basic and oily. The food from the restaurant was not good quality. The cheeseburger was too hard and chewy to be consumed. I just felt like for the price of the stay; things could have been better.

I was upset with the pool my 10 year old wanted to swim and these other kids were in there playing volleyball and the parent didn’t say a word it was very rude and I was waiting for it to hit me or my family wouldn’t have been good . Also they never mentioned about the breakfast was not impressed .

$75/night for a pet!
The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. We booked through Hotels.com, and the posted pet fee is apparently incorrect ($75 not $15). The front desk staff said they could do nothing about it. So we left our dog in our vehicle overnight. That was frustrating.

When you book a room for five people and they only stock it for two, the customer should not have to go to the front desk to pick up the extra towels and washcloths; also, everything should be included in the closet to set up the sofa bed. Also, tubs are not safe. They may advertise slip proof, but when soap and shampoo get on the surface, slip proof is not possible. They need grab bars in all bathrooms

The beds were not the most comfortable, We left one day early for this reason. Other than that the stay was nice and the staff was very hospitable.
