Pros: Location
Cons: Educate the staff on hospitality. Shampoo/vacuum the carpets.
Location: Close to outlet shopping and restaurants
The person that checked us in was less than friendly as well as all the people at the front desk. The front desk is very close to the front door and we NEVER received a hello when we walked in. The carpeted stair looked like they haven't been vacuumed in months. The carpets in the room were VERY dirty. Your feet got black if you had your shoes off. There were no elevators to the 2nd floor. Although the location was ok I would not recommend this hotel. This was a cheap hotel but they should at least have clean floors.

This location is suitable for no more than three night stay.Quiet location. T. V. worked well but channel selections are minimal at best.

convenient to attractions, but awful

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Other than location, nothing.
Cons: .The hotel just seemed to be in a state of neglect. baseboards missing in hallways, light bulbs burnt out. Everything was just so austere and cold.
Location: Good location, convenient to shopping, theatres, attractions and food.
To a person, the hotel staff was completely indifferent and very unfriendly and often rude.....no smiles, no eye contact, no " welcome to Days Inn, good morning, thanks for visiting with us, have a safe trip, etc. etc. "Breakfast" was a joke...poorest selection I have ever seen at any hotel. No staff to refill what few food were available or to clean tables or collect trash, or assist guests. About half of the guests came into the breakfast room, looked things over and then walked out the door...I presume to go get breakfast somewhere.

Staff are rude and act like they don't want to be there. Staff aren't professional. Breakfast should be extended til 10am. The location is great! The outlets are across the street, lots of parking. No elevator in this hotel

Hated it

Posted Jun 15, 2015
I never thought a chain hotel could be horrible. Comforter had a dried hardened stain. Gave us a key to an occupied room. No elevator. Our room was near the fitness center and doors opened and closed all night. Super noisy. Room only had 3 towels for 4 guests, both days. Breakfast was pretty sparse and they took everything away when we came down at 9:05.

Hotel close to the outlet

It was good. But if there's something to say is about the two guy at the reception. The first one when we arrived didn't even looked @ us. He was on the computer and for the clogged toilet offer me the plunger for me to fix it. The other wasn't that friendly but @ least he fixed the toilet himself. The girl in the. Morning was excellent.!!!!
