Great for one night stays.

Location: McDonalds' is right across the street. Also two gas station mini marts. A litte further down the road some nice restaurants.
I've used this place once before for a business overnighter before and just recently did again. Great for overnight stays, comfortable and clean. A lot of the amenities I've seen posted online are not available. The pool is either under maintenance or not in us period. The on site restaurant is closed and for rent. Overall, its still a great place for a overnighter, especially for the price. I'll likely stay there again if I'm passing through palmdale.

Room was clean but had a not so clean smell to it. table in room was very wobbly and chairs had stains on then.. lobby had a bad odor as well. Staff was not rude but at the same time not very friendly.

Pleasant surprise

With all of the great food places around, and the nice central location of this place, you won't be disappointed.

Great price but located in seedy area.

Pros: the employees
Cons: the rooms in the rear of complex were not renovated
Location: daytime is fine. dept stores, eateries, etc but night time was seedy.
The staff was wonderful, they switched us to a much more satisfying room, the pool was clean and breakfast was abundant but the location at night is not very desirable.

TRANSIENT-TYPE HOTEL, and just as filthy~!

Posted May 13, 2014
Pros: nothing
Cons: bulldoze, rebuild
Location: fast foods, more of the same type hotels
noisy, filthy, poorly kept, had to put towels on chairs to sit, broken bath faucet, dirty/black stains in bathtub, etc,

Worst Days Inn ever

Posted Apr 30, 2014
So I get to the motel check in and head to my room. Once I get to my room the house keeping ladies are just arriving to clean the room and it was almost 4pm in the afternoon. The room was a non smoking room and there was cigarettes butts and ashes all over the table. Room was so bad housekeeper even recommended I get a refund and stay somewhere else. So I went to the front desk and the lady was very rude after I asked for my refund. Need less to say I stayed at a different hotel. Worst Days Inn ever.

You get what you pay for.

The price was right, but the painted over graffiti a little concerning, and although the room was non-smoking it still smelled smokey.
