Pros: It accommodated five people in one room. The pool and water playground was great for the kids.
Cons: An extra sink outside the bathroom would have been helpful, and the room was a little tight for five people.
Location: It was off the beaten path, but close enough to everything we needed.
The hotel lobby was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We were allowed to check in early, easily and loved getting cookies when we arrived.

It was nice. Though I booked 2 queen size beds and got a room with 2 full sized beds. A little cramped.

Happy mother

My family and I enjoyed our visit at this hotel. It was family friendly and had many activities for the kids to enjoy. They also had things for the adults. I enjoyed that they had a rainy day schedule

Great location!

Pros: The view from the room into the function area was great as was the pool and water park area.
Cons: The staff could be a little more friendly.
Location: We were only 10 minutes from Dutch Wonderland and various shops and restaurants. Hershey park was only 45 minutes away.
The hotel was beautiful. It was in a great location. It was close to many attractions and restaurants. The pool area was great. The kids loved the water park area. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice, Comfortable Hotel

Posted Jul 23, 2014
We arrived 2 hours before check-in and were immediately given a room. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and close to many places of interest. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient. The food was good, and reasonably priced. My wife is handicapped, and on oxygen. We were given a Handicapped Room close to the elevators, which was not requested, but very much appreciated. We had an excellent stay.

Nice hotel, location close to all attractions

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Had a nice experience at this hotel while visiting Dutch wonderland and other attractions in Lancaster. Close to all attractions. Right across the street is a supermarket and cvs and McDonald's so if you forget anything it's right there.

Nice hotel for families

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Would not recommend this hotel for a couples getaway. This hotel is perfect for families with kids. Our kids are 5 and 6. They have a kid pool with a water slide, which the kids loved! It was a nice that they had something to do during our "down time" back at the hotel. Also, Dutch Wonderland is only 20 mins away. The restaurant inside the hotel- cafe 24- was not bad. They do have a kids menu, however it's not a big selection. Also, we had to bring something for the kids to do there- they do not have crayons or a coloring activity that many restaurants hand out. Children 5 and under eat for free during breakfast, which is nice. Overall, it was an excellent stay and the staff was very nice :)

Ok hotel close to Dutch Wonderland in the country.

Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Early check in, free wifi, pools.
Location: Amish country, Dutch Wonderland, about 45 mins to Hershey,Park
We stayed just one night. Our group was 2 adults and 2 kids, ages 5 and 7. My kids loved the kiddie pool park inside, which had lifeguards on duty. The lady at the restaurant was not friendly and we ate offsite in downtown Lancaster.
