we love staying at Dutch Treat Motel. The price is right and they have new mattresses only about one year old. Very comfortable. Fridge in the room is convenient . see ya next year

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is rustic but all the amenities work. Convenient parking and near almost everything.

“Extenuating circumstances!”

You can't beat this place for the price. Online rate cheaper than rate quoted on the phone by owner. Made reservation through expedia. No frills, small, older place. Clean room... Hard bed though. Owner very nice. Now... We were there during the snow in October and the power went out. No water to flush with!! Owner offered us a candle and a gallon of water, which we took. They didn't offer refund but we didn't ask either, just bundled up and spent the night. Very conveniently located. Be sure to go to Katie's Kitchen!!

“Comfortable Stay”

This is a basic hotel which provided adequate facilities. The room was clean and included a refrigerator. There is a pool on site which was closed for the season. Coffee, ice, vending and a continental breakfast was provided in the morning. Although smoking is not permitted in the rooms, there are ash trays provided outside the door although that means standing outside. I did smell a faint odor of smoke in the room. This is not a resort hotel but it more than fits the bill as a place to spend the night. The price is definitely right.

beds were saggy - overall, the room needed a good scrubbing - the motel was family friendly and quiet - the grounds were neat and well kept - continental breakfast not very appetizing

This place is very worn and the staff is rude. Find another motel. There are hundreds in the area also with very low rates.
