It was a nice hotel for the 3 days we spent there. Nothing special, but it had what was needed and you can't beat the price. Only issues we had were with one outlet that seemed to work only occasionally, and also that the wifi was ungodly slow. Other than that, very pleasant staff, clean facilities, and extremely convenient location. I'd stay again.

“Good clean hotel, but book on line”

My family and I visited the Amish area and chose this hotel because of its price, location and good reviews. We found the hotel to be very clean, the room large enough for my wife, son and me for the night. We did not eat breakfast there so I cannot comment on the breakfast. The people working there were all friendly and helpful. The only problem that we had was that we booked through the phone number that Expedia provided on the hotels page. I had completed the online reservation form and called the number to confirm that the room was non-smoking. The agent who I spoke with said that he would set aside a non-smoking room for me and told me that he was at the hotel when I asked him. When we checked out of the hotel I found a miscellaneous charge for $8.50, which the hotel staff member told me was a service charge from Expedia. I called Expedia and was told that there was no such service charge. After talking to the manager of the hotel I was told that booking through that phone number resulted in using a 3rd party that charged the $8.50 fee and if I had either booked directly through the hotel or using Expedia on line I would not have been charged the service fee. Other customers were having the same problem with their bills. The manager eventually credited my debit card for the $8.50. I would definitely stay at the hotel again, but be careful how I booked the room.

“nice place to stay”

We we really only there long enough to sleep, but the check in process was quick and easy. They have some cute and cheap crafts for sale in the lobby area. Very nice continental breakfast. the only thing we had problems with was getting the door key to work, thankfully there was someone in the room at all times to let us back in.
