“Excellent, new Embassy Suites”

This is a relatively new hotel (year and half old). Very impressive in appearence and appointments. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were exceptionally clean with a new feel. Location is right of the 14 and close to a great variety of shopping and restaraunts. It was close to our destination which was another plus. The comp breakfast was great as well as the happy hour. Felt safe at all times during our stay. Would recommend this place without exception.

“Very comfortable but glitches with weekend breakfasts”

This hotel was extremely comfortable - rooms were great and well-appointed. The pool could have used a little cleaning, though, and the weekend breakfasts were not well run at all. No one checked room keys and we got the impression from an employee that people come in off the street to eat at the buffet. Both days the breakfast room was understaffed. There weren't enough plates, silverware or trays, and many tables sat uncleared long after people had left. We don't know why they don't station someone at the entrance just to check room keys and either charge outsiders or turn them away. It was unpleasant to eat in the messy and chaotic room, although the food was fresh and nicely presented.

“Excellent!”

This is an almost brand new hotel that is very nicely decorated with an updated look but with lots of warmth. Room was new looking and spotless. The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was that the pool was inside. Outside pools are always nicer. But they have nice areas outside to sit in. The staff was friendly and helpful. All around, a good experience. In fact, we only spent one night as we were going to the Twilight Tour of the Cat House nearby but wish we could have stayed an extra day to relax around the hotel.

“Awesome Stay-Totally Impressed”

Our stay at the Embassy Suites hotel in Palmdale was awesome. We were passing through and found ourselves in the small town of Palmdale somewhat in the middle of nowhere. We ended up having the best time. The staff at this location was so friendly and fun. We had such a great time that we will be back.

Beautiful accommodations. Stayed for the State softball finals. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It got a bit busy with so many girls there at one time.
