Pros: The room was perfectly clean. The beds were comfortable with ultra fluffy pillows. The bath room had a unique layout with it's corner sink.
Cons: Temperature control for the room was difficult and no exhaust fan in bath room.
Our room was smaller than other two queen bed rooms we have had but managed to feel cozy instead of cramped. We were able to check in 1 1/2 hours early which allowed a short break before the Christmas Show at the American Music Theater. We bumped into the house keeping lady on the way in and on the way out. She was very pleasant.

The only problems were hair in the shower upon our arrival, no extra toilet paper, we had to call for it, and an uncomfortable bed because the mattress was off kilter and we could not push it back onto the boxspring.

Pros: Everything! It was great. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Very good location
Loved our stay at your Hampton Inn. Would stay there again. Our stay was very short, only one night, just to see Moses at the Sight and Sound theater. The play was fantastic!

Pros: location, breakfast was ok
Cons: cleaniness of hotel room
Location: outlet shopping, entertainment and food
Great location. Breakfast ok in am. Urine smell in room. Complained to management and was not able to move due to hotel being sold out. Cleaning staff tried to remedy situation but, smell remained. Hotel comped room stay after Expedia called them back. Great customer service Expedia and hotel. But, will not be returning.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Lancaster. It was in a very nice location and close to shopping and restaurants. Room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having the continental breakfast every morning as well.

Went to Day out with Thomas

Our stay was good. The room was big and roomy enough for our 5 year old to play without us tripping all over him. The room was very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Home away

We were quite pleasantly surprised by the quality, cleanliness, appointments and amenities of our room. Everything was top notch, from the friendly staff at our arrival, to the ample supply and choices at the breakfast in the morning. Could not have been a nicer stay.
