Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Lancaster

Started off a little rough, we found some dirty unmentionables left behind in the closet. The staff handled the situation immediately. The hot breakfast each morning was outstanding. I can't remember a nicer group of staff, from the desk clerks to the cleaning staff and everyone in between. It is definitely worth staying here again.

We enjoyed staying at your hotel, but you need to update your internet. We had a difficult time attempting to attempting to log on with our tablets every time we wanted to use them. The computer in the lobby was not any better. We could not even print our boarding passes for flight. Your breakfast bar was great but you could add fresh fruit to the selection.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean, good location. Wal-mart right across the street. You can get anywhere from here. A little nosie by Hwy. 30. I would have liked more of a variety of breakfast items....maybe some fresh fruit. The Wednesday night meal was a nice touch...especially since we had been traveling all day and when we checked in it was waiting for us. Internet was way too slow...needs to work on that. The FREE longdistance was a great bonus. Over All A pleasant. Well worth the money.

We stayed here for two nights while on business in the area. We found it to be perfect for our needs.

Great hotel, one of the best hotel visits I've had in a while. Very clean. The staff had great hospitality. My only complaint with the hotel is it sits right by highway 30 and you do get a bit of traffic noise being so close - but it's so minor I'd stay here again without a second thought. Those who are sensitive sleepers may want to look elsewhere.

Though my GPS sent me to the other side of the road, the hotel was easily found. Very clean, all the staff was very nice. Excellent breakfast kept me driven through my long days for the long conferences. Close to whatever my needs were. Although close to the hwy, if you have a heavy sleep, and come tired from a long day, you should not have trouble sleeping.

staff was helpful, loved the room....sofa and coffee table, microwave & sink, plus bed and bath. It was clean and had everything we needed and more!! The breakfast was outstanding!! Only negative was there was no DVD player....but we had our laptop so it wasn't a problem. Although it was between 2 major highways, we didn't notice the noise. Plan to go back again!!

Easy check-in process and friendly staff. Had a single room with Queen bed. Very large compared to other hotels with a living area (chain and couch) . Flat screen TV, would have been perfect but there was some peanuts on the floor when I walked in but besides that everything seemed pretty clean. Breakfast was pretty good, Belgian Waffle makers, and the standard scrambled eggs / potatoes / sausage cooked in mass in heating trays.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, very clean, comfortable room and the price is reasonable. Definitely stay again.
