It was a perfect hotel. From the hotel down to the restaurant and bar right underneath the hotel. Plus being able to take your drinks back to your room to relax was even better. Best place to stay.

The restaurant Loxley was fabulous for a quick bite after basketball tournament at spooky nook - only thing was when we arrived there was no one at front desk so I called restaurant and the gentleman came very quickly after that. Very cute and quaint hotel ! Would stay again

The location is in the midst of significant construction so the main lobby is not accessible by front door. Signage to direct was poor at best. None of the signage was on the outside of the building to explain what was going on. Dilapidated AirStream in the parking lot? Rooms very dated and minimal noise control. I hear the restaurant is good? Staff was pleasant but didn’t really own the poor condition of the facility.

Convenient location. Outdated facility but some renovations were being done during our visit. Water leak in the bathroom from room above. When reported we were told that someone probably didn’t close the shower curtain. No sorry. No offer to adjust rate since we could not use our bathroom.

As I am asked for a review of the Heritage Hotel, I thought I usually just ignore this type of stuff, but I must say we were extremely happy with this choice. The obvious reason is is that it was close to our event at the dinner theater, however the room was perfect. The Bartender Sammy at the Loxley's lounge was great to say the least, and we wished we could have stayed another night or two, but it wasn't in our schedule, however we will be back! Please let them know they have a great staff!

The hotel stay itself was fine. The place is a bit dated but was clean and served our purpose for needing a hotel for a volleyball tournament. I barely post reviews but it is almost comical how bad the breakfast was at this hotel. It was basically inedible. We ended up eating bagels with cream cheese. I spit out the scrambled eggs, the pancakes fell apart, and the blueberry muffins tasted like sand. How do you mess up a blueberry muffin? Everything that was supposed to be hot was cold and we ended up just having an early lunch someplace else. The waitress was really nice though so I didn’t have the heart to tell her how bad everything was. Luckily we had vouchers because there’s no way I would have paid 16.95 a person for that.

The hotel is very clean but old. We had to call housekeeping for a toilet problem which they fixed immediately. We were lucky that our room was warm because the heat vent rattled so we turned off the heat for the night.

We have stayed at this hotel at least once or twice a year. The bedding was terrible all balled up we had to get up at least 4 times to remake the bed. The pillows are to small. Did not get a good sleep.. Disappointed.
