“For the money it was okay.”
It was a nice hotel, the rooms were comfortable and had a fair mount of space. The pillows were down which I thought was wonderful! but other then that for the money I would of rather stayed in a fancier hotel for the evening. I stayed here because friends were getting married and this is where all the guests were spending the night. But it was nice, just a little over priced for the accommodations.
“It is not bad”
It is neither good or bad.
“Good experience overall”
Comfortable, good-sized room for a week-long stay. I was impressed with the attention to cleaning. Staff washed the hallway walls one day! Had to go out and buy a power bar to supplement the available electric outlets. We'd stay there again.
“A fine hotel in Lancaster PA”
I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice, quiet hotel located on a busy street. It is set back far enough to quell any street noise. The room was nicely appointed and appeared to be recently updated (bathroom, too). There were only two things I wish were different - a better way to control the temperature (room was too warm, even with heat shut off). Also, the toilet was too short - I'm 5'3" and could not imagine a tall man/woman being able to comfortably sit down or stand up from that toilet. But, to compensate for those two problems, there is a very nice restaurant on the premises with a daily breakfast buffet reasonably priced and many other fine choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service desk was very accommodating. I would definitely book a room there again. It's location is about four miles from downtown in a very nice area. Another plus is there is a dinner theater right next door (the food there was terrific also).
“Nice Hotel”
I thought this hotel was quite nice. I like a place WITHOUT bedspreads....they give me the creeps thinking of what could be on them and this place had the nice updated duvets and just the little runner like they have at the Marriott. Everything was clean and in working order. It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast as the breakfast at the adjoining restaraunt was a little pricey.
“Nicel priced - great dining and moderate room”
The hotel is older but the rooms are clean and the rates are reasonable. The dining and bar area are the best part of this hotel. The rooms are nothing special but are not dirty or in disrepair. Will likely stay again
“Different Name”
This hotel just changed names, so I drove by it the first time while looking for the address. The room was nice, though the desk/table in the room was hard to work at because the chairs did not fit it. The restaurant in the hotel was okay, but I would try room service - which looked to be the same price. Additionally, the heat control in the room did not adjust the temperature, it only controled the speed of the fan - so it was a bit chilly for me.
“Fine for the money”
Hotel was clean and satisfactory for our needs. It was close to the freeway and lots of eating options. There are many sites to see in the Lancaster area and it is a short drive to Philly
“Not Impressed but is OK”
The room is very comfortable to stay but it is good for people who do not need refrigerator, microwave, and internet. The condition of the hallway and elevator are not so impressive. When I reserved the room for three days I emphasized that I needed a refrigerator. It was confirmed to me at that time of the reservation. But when I got there in the early morning of 1:30am with my food, there was no refrigerator in the room. Then they brought me a tiny refrigerator that you could see in the world that could barely accommodate the food I brought with me. Very next day, I found I could not get on the internet and I was given a toll free number to call the solve the problem myself. When I trying to use the power from the wall socket, it was so loss that my power plug just fall off the socket and I had to move the tables around in order to find a good one that I can use. Poorly managed place.
“Not Impressed”
booked hotel online thru expedia. Confirmation was obtained for two rooms with each room to have two doudle beds. At chech-in two rooms available only had a king size bed in each room. No cots were available. Hotel sold out. The six people in my party had to sleep three to a bed. No compensation was made or offered by the hotel. Blankets and pillows were given for the smaller children to sleep on the floor if they chose to.
